Paid for 6 months - never received & can’t reach Clinic Secret!!
I paid Clinic Secret for my second 6 months worth of semaglutide (on April 24, 2025) to continue my weight loss success, but as of today, June 23, 2025, I have NOT received the medication & the last time I heard from anyone at Clinic Secret was 19 days ago!! I haven’t been able to reach them by phone, text or email since June 2.
I want to believe that they haven’t committed fraud, but that’s hard to do when you’ve spent almost $1,500 and have nothing to show for it!
I used Clinic Secret for 6 months (December 24, 2024 - June 13, 2025) without issue, losing 19 pounds. I was approaching time to renew for another 6 months and got a call from Tyler (on April 24, 2025). I paid in full for the 2nd 6 month supply, and was told to look for the intake email. I checked for a couple of weeks and when it did arrive the link to the form didn’t work. I reached out to Tyler & he had the intake form emailed to me. I completed it & returned it ASAP. The person who confirmed receipt of my form (Emily Andrews) told me my intake form was with the new doctors they switched to and she’d send me the tracking number for my prescription in a couple of days, that was on June 2. I’ve been trying to reach them ever since. I’ve been trying to find any comments about recent issues with this company but there are none, but I find it hard to believe this has only happened to me. I’m preparing to file a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office, and the Better Business Bureau.
