Chris Rutherford was outstanding in his customer service, he was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, and saved me over $8,000 on my closing. Chris kept me updated almost on a daily basis the level of communication was off the charts compare to the other company I had been using, they'd leave me hanging for weeks on end waiting for a reply or they wouldn't reach out when documentation was needed so the process would stall.. .. I would greatly recommend Chris and ClickStart.

I chose ClickStart Mortgage while working with my current lender. They were able to keep me with my lender but cut half the closing costs my current lender was charging, ended up saving quite a bit of cash, From the start, their team was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions with clarity. The loan process was faster than I expected, and I appreciated their transparent communication about rates and fees. The only minor challenge was receiving a payoff check for a company I do not need and mentioned it a couple times, and now stuck with this check, but overall, it was a smooth experience. I highly recommend ClickStart Mortgage to anyone looking for a hassle-free home loan!

Chris was very nice and helpful....in fact happy to help !
His rate was good but while we were talking he made it a GREAT Rate under cutting his main competition for my loan by 1.5 % . He continued to check in, keep me informed and ask if I needed help. The whole process was easy peasey and amazingly smooth and Fast ! Two thumbs up or 5 Stars........ClickStart deserves Both !
