It’s definitely something you would want to do if you want to sell your device without leaving your house. Sellmycellphone team contacts you to schedule the pick up. They should automate the process because not everyone wants to do that over the phone. Love the idea!

I have initiated and got my iPhone delivered to them on Jan 25th (USPS Tracking).

When I called on Jan 31st, they said I would receive the payment in 3 hours, and I got an email saying the status has been changed to received.

I tried calling on Feb 4th, and again they said the same thing.

It's been 25 days since the iPhone was delivered and yet to receive the payment.

They have stopped responding to calls, texts and emails since last 2 weeks.

Really worst experience for me with them.

It's a scam. There is no communication whatsoever—they don't answer calls, texts, emails, or anything.

It's been 10 days, and I still haven't received my device or my money back.

Update: After numerous calls, texts, and a lot of frustration, I finally got paid today—16 days later, even though the website stated payments would be made within 24 hours.

Clickncell received my phone on 12/9/2024 (according to tracking info). It's been over a month, and I have received zero messages indicating that they are reviewing my phone or providing an amount to my account.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.

Do not use these guys. This is a scam. Sent phone, offered 1/2 of initial value. . Asked to have phone sent back. 3. months later , and 5 emails later, they tell me it will ship. Never did. Filed complaint with BBB, and they would not respond to them.

I sent them my Iphone almost 3 months ago. They did acknowledge receiving the phone but nothing else happened in the first several weeks. One week after my repeated inquiries, they responded saying they were waiting to evaluate my phone due to some backlog. Then this repeated a few more times, as each time they replied with a promise to complete the evaluation in a few days, and each time they only responded more than one week after my inquiry. It is like they intentionally slow down to hope I would forgot or give up. I tried to call but nobody ever picked up. It has been with two weeks and they seem to ignore me now. Please be aware.
