An excellent one

A quality and detail-oriented nail salon provided a soothing and invigorating experience. My nails were always perfectly shaped, polished, and taken care of by the typically knowledgeable and kind experts. Relaxing was effortless because of the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. My experience was delightful and fulfilling, yielding stunning outcomes, whether I opted for a short manicure or a whole set of acrylics.

It DOES work when used properly.

My mother and her sister have both used a (each their own, not the same unit) Clear Touch to clear up nail fungus in their toenails. It DOES work. But you have to use it properly, and consistently. Yes, it is a long term therapy. Unfortunately, toenail fungi are difficult to eradicate. As are mosts fungi. One of the reasons being that people continue to use socks and shoes they used while having toenail fungus. Sanitizing shoes and socks by washing, spraying with lysol, or preparations made to eradicate smelliness from shoes, does not kill fungi. Only bacteria. So if you're treating toenail fungus, and using contaminated footwear, NO treatment will work. But despite what others are saying, positive reviews are NOT fake. At least, mine isn't. You can pay a lot of money to a doctor to give you laser treatments. And go through the hassle of going to their office every time. You can take an oral anti-fungal med, which can have dangerous side effects. Or, you can follow the directions Clear Touch gives, and not reuse contaminated footwear, and treat the fungi from the comfort of your own home. No matter the treatment you choose, it will take months to work.

Two years 2x daily & little to show for it

I have finally run out of my 2 year warranty. I had to get a replacement unit every 2-3 months. Paid most of the time the return shipping and found that it did a small amount of progress in those two years. Every time I had to wait the 10 days for them to receive it, for me to track when they got it and then call them to tell them they got it!!!!! and get the replacement. Each time the progress would regress while I waited. The company always blamed me, not that their product was a problem. They shut up whenever I mentioned the bad reviews. They say 6 months, however I did 2 years and have little to show for it. I consider it a waste of $200.

It seemed to work for the first few…

It seemed to work for the first few months. I could see the new nails growing. But that was probably from the pedicures I was receiving. But now 6 months down the road my toenails still look the same as when I started as I took before pictures. Total waste of money! Even with the money back guarantee (which conveniently for them is a month I think) which is not really enough time for your nails to grow and see results. I wished I had read these reviews myself before I wasted over 200.00. on this fake contraption!

Watchout for ICTV Brands!

Before I go on I'd like to say I feel the product did have positive results for me. It takes some discipline because you have to keep at it, but it seems to dry out the area, and kill whatever fungus is there. My issue is that the machine just stopped working after two months. So I can't give a conclusive review as to effectiveness, because I did not finish the treatment. I told the lady I spoke to last that if they are going to sell products for "medical" use they should be more conscientious, especially since it was a "product defect". But this may be one of those companies that sell gimmicky products, without any consideration for the consumer.

They were willing to replace it, and I went through whatever their process was. I estimated it would take about 14 days (if everything went well) to have a new one in hand. Twenty days after mailing it, I decided to call to find they had received it, but nothing had been done. They basically said there was no supervisor, no redress, no refund, no expedited shipping, and it would take 7 to 10 business days to get the pending replacement. They later called back to say I had been told to call when I sent it, and that they had confirmed on the recording of the call I was told to call once mailed---fine. What I didn't like is that despite the fact they send me a defective product they claim I am supposed to call them when they already have the product and all of the information. But anyway . . . .

I eventually received another machine, no box or anything, just a machine in a padded envelope. There was no charger. When I called they said they told me not to return the charger. I had put everything in the box, to return it as normal. They said the person on the phone told me. Then they listened to the tape, and said the person didn't tell me, so they sent me a charger. We are talking almost two months to get a new machine. But that is not the worse.

After I got the second machine, a week later it stopped working. I called them, but they wouldn't refund my money, and the whole process began again. The person offered to have me speak to a supervisor, who would call me in 24 to 48 hours. Needless to say that never happened. I Never got to speak to a supervisor, no redress, no refund, no expedited shipping, and it will take 7 to 10 business days to get the second replacement, once they have confirmation of shipping, after I call to confirm the return. This is for a little machine that cost almost $200.00. I am only following through because it doesn't make any sense to spend that much money and have nothing.

Watchout for ICTV Brands. By the way, they claim there is a 30 day "warranty". So if your product malfunctions after 30 days, this will be the process according to their policies. They are a big company, and have a lot of products they sell on tv, etc., but this is a clear case of buyer beware. At this point I wish I had bought this produce on Amazon because I'm certain I would have gotten my money back by now.

a total waste of every dollar it cost

a total waste of every dollar it cost. I used it twice a day for four months and none of my nails were any better . A one month trial is not enough to see any difference . AND after four months they will not make a refund . So I wasted my money.I should have checked the reviews first .

Avoid buying at all costs!

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing this total waste of money. My experience exactly mirrors that of other reviewers. A complete con which was promoted very positively before purchase. On calling Customer Services today, however, I received a much less enthusiastic response in that I was told it doesn't work for everyone. In my case there was not one iota of a difference, absolute rubbish!

What a waste of money and a disappointment

What a waste of money Clear Touch is I have used this following instructions and my nail had got worse and dropped off leaving an ugly mass. I contacted customer services given a number to return and told I would receive a refund. The next day the CS Manager told me as was over the 60 day refund period that i I couldn't have my money back although the day before I had been told I would get a refund I told her I had already posted it and she said I would have it returned to me. I said 60 days is not long enough to clear fungus and she said I had deliberately decided to extend the return period and if there was no improvement I should have contacted the company which incidentally is No No very aptly named . I said I wanted this product to work and how dare she say I had done this deliberately and she kept talking over me. I then asked her what use was it being returned to me could I use it where I haven't got a nail she refused to answer then after me asking her many times she said no don't use it get Medical Advice. She also asked if I had used topical products had I ask for a Refundfrom them. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I would not recommend this product as I don't think it is fit for purpose and very expensive.

My honest experience

My honest experience! It would not allow me to write here until I had clicked at least one star in the review. It is not worth one tenth of a star.

I have been using Clear Touch exactly as instructed and after 7 months my toe nail fungus is as bad as ever.... no noticeable effect whatsoever. I think that I have been diddled out of a considerable sum ( £130+) and am quite angry. In my view it is a con. I have found no reports of success with this gadget.

I would advise any other prospective purchasers to give it a miss and save their money for a better treatment.

Don't waste your money.

I've been using the clear touch for six months, twice a day on three nails and there in NO change in the nails. Don't waste your money cause it doesn't work. The ad says it kills 20+% fungus invitro. It may kill fungus in a petri dish but it doesn't work on nails still attached to a live body.

Clear Touch for nails

Clear Touch seems to be working. Has eliminated any yellowish coloring. I have had not itching or pain in nails, since beginning to use Clear Touch. I do not know how to ascertain whether or not it is killing the fungus.

Great customer service, poor product performance

I've been using the device for about 60 days, 3 sessions daily. I have seen little or no improvement of my nail appearance. I'm very disappointed so far. I think this product is over-rated and over priced.

Not Giving Up Yet

I've been using your product for a couple of months now and my wife says she can see improvements in my toenails. I may be being hard on myself but the appearance in my toenails to me is minimal. I'm going to keep trying and see what happens.

Obvious Scam

In reading over this site (and others), it's obvious that the 4 and 5 star reviews are fake, while the 1 and 2 star reviews are real. Since this is a long-term cure period, which I know by experience, offering a 30 day guarantee is useless. Why not 6 months? Because everybody would return it!

Seeing some results.

Twice a day for a month and seeing some results but hoping it would work faster. I will keep it up until everything looks clear.
