Don’t do it!
The office staff has been amazing but I’ve paid 64K over a year and a half ago and I’m still not done. They have changed DRs multiple times. I’m am a medically retired disabled Army veteran of 26 years so there were some concerns with my first two DRs about anesthesia so it’s was thought best that I had tests done prior to the procedure and not be put fully under. Everything went great but it was only the tops. So then the bottom s came up and no tests????? So I showed up bright and early for the procedure for the bottoms and found a new DR, and anesthesiologist with the bed side manner of a brick!!!!! So I explained everything and was still put fully under against my recommendations and wishes. I woke up groggy and sick and immediately in pain with extreme bleeding and swelling. It was infested with bone spurs and exposed bone. It took two weeks of meds and a follow up just to be in minimal pain. They didn’t fit right and were very loose. Another follow up to fix that. Then last night they broke eating a gummy cherry….wtf? So I called the help line and was told I would receive a callback in 20-30 min. 7 calls later and 14 hours later I received a call while finally sleeping so of course it went to voicemail which turned into phone tag.2 1/2 hrs later I was told take ibuprofen use dental wax and come in Monday because I’m at a conference🤬🤯 that is what 64K gets you these days!?!? I regret ever making this decision!
Litigation? But who? Corporate? Owner? DR? Please help!

Clear Choice beginning yes...after NOPE
Recent experience is lower than 1.
My temp implants (full mouth) were a caring /kind of experience....
Showed up at the office because I waited an hour and half for a call to help me.
Still didn't have anyone to see me.
That erased....a dr ground/polished what is here.
Shoved a water pik at me and sent me on my pain driven tears home.
I'm 3 weeks in now. I am absolutely regretting paying 41,000 dollars up front.
I understand adjustments may be made.
My trouble is the care I've had...like they have me by the BALLS.
And I will be going back!
The water pik is the worse of any dr free bees
Which can mean you have no product backers??

ClearChoice gave me back my smile
ClearChoice gave me back my smile. It took a month to heal, and now I can eat anything and enjoy my food. I'll get my permanent teeth shortly, but the temporary teeth look great. I'm very appreciative.

Please do not go to this place
Please do not go to this place, we spent thousands of dollars getting my wife's teeth done. They put snap on implants on the top and a partial for the bottom. This was done 3 years ago and the partial has broken 3 times since. They obviously use an inferior product. They now tell us that we need to upgrade and get full implants for over 30 thousand more. We were never told that the partial that they made in their shop was so fragile. I have tried to talk to the doctor, George Wu on the phone, and Monique and Desiree were extremely defensive and told me that the doctor is not going to call me back. Instead, they kept pitching me to get this very expensive package done. They are totally unprofessional and I felt very upset after talking to them. I asked them if I could come in to see the doctor, and they said if I come in, they will have me removed by security.
Please do not do business with this company.

The Commercials Are All Lies
The commercials are all lies. Poor people can't afford these implants and they are not afraid to let you know that.
I went to the Glen Allen Virginia location (the date of my experience below is inaccurate but it made me enter a date within the last year.) was 2 years ago.
I went in and right after "she" entered the room with me, I told her that i was disabled and that I was a Veteran and what I would like to do about my teeth and right off the bat, I was made to feel like I was too poor. She said that we don't accept dental insurance and that it would cost around $45-60 grand for a full set of implants and if I wanted financing that I would need to have a 700 credit
score. She walked me out but what she didn't know was that if she would have been respectful, I would have paid cash.

I was quoted one price by Zach Schmitt…
I was quoted one price by Zach Schmitt on October 28, 2024, when I received my temporary implants and I was told that was the total price. When I go in for my follow up appointment I was told that I needed $8,000 - $9000, more. These people need to be investigated undercover for deceptive practices and their dishonest tactics will come to light. I was pissed off about them lying. At this point their point is to make as money as they can. The person that I saw today February 26, 2025 is named Michelle Bartenfelder. She didn’t make any sense. Clear Choice has pissed me off. I will pursue this further.

Not really a Clear Choice for me
First off they charge $10,000 for 2 implants, that take WEEKS to complete. They don't listen to you when you tell them that "my teeth" do not pull out easily and need to be banded before pulling to keep them from breaking up, but they know better, Yes, they broke up requiring the roots to be ground out. Which is unbelievably painful no matter how much novocaine you get. The implants fit well but the plug in one of the crowns fell out the next day, they put in a new plug and that lasted about week so now I just pick what ever I eat out of the hole continually after eating. Within a month of my 2 implants my upper and lower front teeth started chipping away on the cutting edges like the enamel is separating, coincidence or damage from the molding chemicals, a lot of it was used because they said they didn't like the results & needed to do it again immediately, heat?
On the plus side, they Work Well. But I think I could have gotten the same thing for less money, The good news is they are almost paid off.

Don't do it!
Don't do it!
I CANNOT recommend this place in good conscience. They prioritize money over patient care, and their tactics are deceptive and unethical.
Lack of Transparency & Education – They rush through explanations instead of adequately educating patients.
Unless you specifically ask, they don’t inform you of what you’re entitled to.
Ignoring Established Patients – Once you’re an existing patient, you’re no longer a priority. I have been waiting and begging for two months for a response and still haven’t heard back.
Price Manipulation – They quoted me one price over the phone, but when I arrived to pick it up, they charged 2.5 times more.
Fear Tactics – At my appointment, they claimed I had "limited time" and needed to proceed soon. When I asked about my options, they pushed for what they felt was best. I asked for an estimate of costs, and as mentioned, I am still waiting.
Now, here’s the worst part...
Ten years ago, I had full mouth implants—the most painful experience of my life. Fast forward to now, and I need everything removed, my bone rebuilt, and the entire process redone.
Why? Because I experienced severe bone loss due to issues with vitamin and calcium absorption.
They KNEW my medical history.
They KNEW I had conditions that put me at high risk for this.
Yet, they NEVER warned me.
They saw dollar signs instead of a patient who deserved full disclosure.
And now, I’m left scrambling to figure out how to afford another major procedure—one I NEVER would have gotten if they had been honest from the start.
They don’t see the person struggling to add yet another expense just to be able to do something as basic as eating.
I can now consider legal action, going to a Dental School for a cheaper alternative, or financing for an ethical and caring professional to help.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. They used to advertise teeth in a day. Six months later you find out that it not only isn't one day but it'll cost you another 20 to 25k, on top of the 30k you spent to have them rip out your teeth to start with. The all-on-four is yet another part of the scam. Had another dentist try to sell me two more posts for the top and bottom because he said the screws could break from eating hard foods. He said the dentist at clear choice knew better but that was just their come on to get you signed up. Get used to eating soft foods for the rest of your life. There are no nerves in your new false teeth so get used to biting your tongue, the inside of your cheeks and your lips. Sound attractive so far? If you just have to do it, get ready for incredible pain and you can kiss 50 to 60k goodbye. I should have explored all other options before I made this terrible mistake. As always, I blame myself for being so stupid to allow these people to scam me. The only way to learn is to blame yourself for everything. That's how we learn, instead of blaming others. There's always going to be scum scammers all through life. Be careful out there. Stay far away from this company! You've been warned.

A bad choice
It was the worst decision made choosing this business for my dental implant. I should have read the poor reviews on this company. My experience with ClearChoice began on 04/24/2024. They do talk a good talk. In the office, they are the epitome of great customer service. However, that ends after you have signed the service agreement and full payment has been made upfront. It is downhill from then on. My first appointment was scheduled for 05/30/24. That turned out to be the wrong date. I was given another date, 07/11/24. Then the 10-day follow-up visit. Also, the failure to call in the prescription on time. I had to call ClearChoice from the pharmacy's office to complain that the prescription had not been called in on time. I picked it up the following day. Next, it was the 10-day post-follow-up appointment. On that date, I was told to return in six months to complete the implant. Twice, I have traveled abroad with this unsightly gap in my mouth.
January 2025. I was scheduled to begin the implant procedure. I have no idea of the date of the service nor have I received a reminder from them. I called the office on 01/03/2025, to find out the office was closed from December 27 - January 6. I left a message. To date, no one has had the courtesy to return my call with information on my next scheduled appointment. I'm so disappointed with their poor communication.
I am so done with this dental office and would never recommend anyone to it.
I intend to file a complaint with the Georgia Board of Dentistry and also with the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection office within 5 business days from today.

Worst Employee Cover- Ups
Teach your employee if they make a mistake do not try to cover it up and assume it to be the responsibility of the patient. Especially when your are quoted one price and then when you come in to start process you get quoted a entirely different price and the only for her to cover it up is to tell the patient that it's an expensive process as if the patient doesn't already now this. I would love to discuss this with someone in corporate. I can be reached at 443-704-4300. Thanking you in advance.

How to lose 2k real fast...talk to this…
How to lose 2k real fast...talk to this company. In order to do anything, you have to sign a contract. Then they change what they provide (what you agree to). You have no say in the changes they force you to accept and you have no recourse. Don't agree? Don't want to work with a company that lies to you? Oh that will only cost you 2k to end your "contract" that was changed as soon as you signed it. They lie to you, hold you to a contact that they change AFTER to sign, contact you every day in every way they can, and charge you several ways from different "companies." Your only recourse is to pay them to go away or work with them. DO NOT talk to them and definitely don't sign anything.

They do not stand behind their…
They do not stand behind their product!!!! I got my lower teeth done in 2019 and they are now breaking apart. Clearchoice would not even evaluate the problem unless I paid them more money. When they did the procedure they damaged my upper teeth and said they could not fix the damage because they are not dentists?! Do not use these people! Go anywhere else!

WARNING BEWARE
ClearChoice, Elk Grove,Ca.
or any ClearChoice far as I’m concerned.
Definitely was a BadChoice
If I knew then…..what I know now.👎
“Incompetence” runs rampant throughout the entire practice. The dentists lack “experience” and “communication” skills. It’s all about the $ and not quality or your wellbeing! Hope I can save someone out there from an expensive stressful nightmare.
It should be QuiteClear and this Choice ain’t it!

STAY AWAY FROM FROM CLEAR CHOICE
Went to Clear choice, their people were helpful, calls answered and returned quickly. Had surgery on 5 November 2024. The staff as kind, helpful, then after surgery, they have your money, and care does not exist. I warned them before surgery, I have very very little pain tolerance, when it comes to dental work. Oh they’d manage my pain, no worries, they’ll handle my pain… LIES. You call in and if lucky you get a recording you can leave a message on. No guarantee but sometimes it works. If you call in AFTER HOURS, forget receiving any help. THEIR ON CALL DENTIST DOES NOT RESPOND TO CALLS. Their service started calling their doctor around 8:30 p.m. close to midnight I told them to forget it. THE ON CALL DENTIST IS A JOKE. THEY DO NOT CARE ONE WHIT ABOUT PATIENTS. You can get pain meds for after surgery, but only 1 refill. THEY DO NOT GIVE A DAMN IF YOU ARE IN PAIN. THEY WILL REFUSE HELP, BUT DAMN THEY TAKE ALL THAT MONEY QUICKLY.
IT HAS BEEN ONE MONTN SINCE SURGERY. I AM STARVING. THEY DONT CARE. Yes I’ve lost pounds since surgery, because EATTING HURTS, DRINKING HURTS, I am still in pain, one side of my jaw hurts like a mother. Keep in mind these people say they adjusted my bite, meaning they did more than was agreed upon, a freaking bone graft, yes my chin still hurts, the sinus areas they screwed with still painful. Again.. CLEAR CHOICE ELK GROVE, CALIFORNIA DOESNT GIVE A DAMN, THEY ALREADY HAVE MY MONEY!
STAY AWAY FROM CLEAR CHOICE THEY DONT CARE NOT GIVE ONE HOOT ABOUT PATIENTS. ONLY THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR.

Total scam.
Total scam.. spend hours and hours there, tell "prostedontist" why things aren't fitting only to be told I'm only the patient. Pay over $15,000 for 2 implants and dentures that don't fit worth crap. Unable to eat even soft foods. When asked about remake was told would not remake $15k dentures. Pressure to commit and agree to high cost with crap for results. Total RIPOFF !! NO ONE THERE KNOWS THE FIRST THING ABOUT DENTURES, IMPLANTS OR THE LIKE.
DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER GOING THERE !!! GO WITHOUT FIRST !!
THEY DO NOT LEAVE YOU SMILING IN THE END !!!

Clear choice is the worst choice ever.
I received ClearChoice implants about a year ago. I wish that I had never done it now. All they care about is the sale. They pretty much don't tell you everything you should know and then when you confront them about it, they will say that I should have done my research. The Alpharetta office in Atlanta is the worse ever. The front desk is especially terrible. They are constantly whispering about clients while we are waiting in the lobby. Krista is especially rude. The implants are shoddy and break easily. I wish I would've of look around harder as I read about now all kinds of quality implants and good reviews on them. Stay away from ClearChoice. You will be disappointed if you do.
