So it all started with my mistake. I ordered a water test kit, and as soon as I made the order, I thought maybe I should have ordered a different kit. So, I contacted one of your representatives, who seemed to know very little and could not assist me, but he promised to have someone call me early the next day. Never got the call. I finally got an email, and it was evident the guy had the wrong phone number for me. But by then, I received the test kit, and as I figured, your expert confirmed it was not the test I needed. He told me to send the test kit back. I allowed a few days to pass and then I sent the kit back. that evening I get another email saying to not send the kit back because you can not reissue it. It cost me $9.45 to send it back. I ordered the test on May 1, today is June 4. Why did the test get shipped to me when I had serious questions about it, and why was I told to send it back when he should have known the test cannot be reissued. So, I'm out $10 and no closer to getting the correct test. I have serious concerns about continuing with your company.
UPDATE: A huge misunderstanding but it was stressful. The company did refund my entire cost including my $10 fee to ship it back. I may give them another try.
