Pixies are doing good

Amazing power and Clarity!
I was amazed by the power, versatility and ability to customize 8 different programs. Truly a game changer. My loss is severe to profound and although these would not enhance what I am not able to hear, they had enough power to enhance the high frequency sounds that I could hear. That took me from about a 70% loss down to 20% loss. It is a huge difference! The Pixie itself seems solid and well made. I cannot feel them in my ears and they are completely invisible. My one complaint is that they only make 2 sizes of the ear domes. My ear canals are slightly larger the medium dome and it takes some finagling to limit the occasional squealing. I was not able to use their “open” dome as it was too small. The “closed” dome offered a better fit at the sacrifice of my own voice sounding more natural. They really need to make a sized “Large” dome. It would open up a larger customer base to what otherwise is a superior product. I find it baffling that they don’t have it. (Literally every other OTC hearing aide comes with multiple (S, M & L) domes. If you are able to make it work with the small or medium sized domes then go for it. you won’t be disappointed.

The Zepp Pixie ITC Hearing Aids are Excellent
The ITC hearing aids are excellent. The company is very professional, and as a follow-up, an audiologist contacted me about a week later to address any concerns and to help with any adjustments. Having an app to fine tune the volume (either each ear separately of together) and the bass/midrange/treble frequency range in different hearing environments is a big plus! And everyone I spoke with was wonderful.

Zepp is what other companies should strive to be.
Zepp is what other companies should be. I was looking for hearing aids and had tried the small hidden ones from Eargo ($1500m and then upgraded to $2500 one before bailing out) and the over the ear type through my medical provider in NJ. Neither did not do the job. I had bought a Zepp Smartwatch for $160 after having a Samsung smartwatch (over $400) and was impressed with how good it functioned (I wear it nonstop still). Then I saw that Zepp sold hearing aids and tried them out. They worked! And their customer service was excellent! Any issues I ever had (and they were my issues, not from any problem with the product) were taken care of quickly. Call customer service and you get a real and caring person. I can't say enough.
