Read conditions fully before giving this outfit any money. I had to cancel UK trip a month out and requested a refund. I only got 14 pounds back from the 49 pounds I paid. 25 pound "administrative fee" levied. Rip-off!

No response, no refund, nothing
Unfortunately, they did not cancel my appointment for a LF Test as asked to do when I sent an e-mail to hello(at)pcrtest.co.uk. They do not take the phone either (called several times in the last couple of weeks...) and I have not received a refund of the 49pound I paid, although I cancelled in advance (which cancels the contract after the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013!).
Absolute no response nor information!

Dissatisfied and disappointed
Claret have robbed myself and two other people I know. They wait till you call because they don't send results and if you don't have tracking number they can't do nothing...no refunds. These people are making a fortune and not supplying the service they advertise. I strongly recommend considering alternatives. I spent all 9 days of my vacation quarantined waiting for results.

I used Claret for 2 PCR tests and the service was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and We received our fit to fly certificate within 24 hours with no issues. Highly recommended and will be using them again for my next holiday!

Great service, super speedy
