The response time I received from emails on questions about starting the process of losing weight . I received my medication within 3 to 5 days. If I ever needed to know what step my order is in I got an email. March 30 ordered first shipment received April 4 . I began a dramatic weight loss journey from 172 to 123 ending at June 17. Now I manage my weight by still taking the shot once a week. Thank you so much for being supportive for my journey of losing and continuing to maintain my success.

I am only giving 3 stars because of the lack of customer service. I received my orders in a timely fashion but when I needed help with one of my orders I did not receive a response to the email. When you call the phone number is simply says they cannot come to the phone please send an email. That is absolutely horrible customer service. I cannot find any other contact information other than 1 phone number and 1 email address.

Don’t waste your money. Been on it for 3 weeks haven’t lost a pound. I have taken it before through a different company and saw big results in 3 weeks. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

This company Citzens Meds is very dishonest. Paid full price first month everything okay. Than did the three month subscription and first two months okay, but on the third got product for one shot or one week. Brought to their attention and they wanted pictures of the vial which I sent than wanted the lot number which I also sent. They than said it was the wrong vial, but it was what they sent us. So in other words they ripped us off. Very dishonest company. Save you money and go elsewhere. My wife did and got a lot better service and price. Weekly shots and is seen by a professional and no contracts. Can also change medications and dose with no price change. Do not by any means us Citzens Meds.

I’ve been using Tirzepatide for 3 months with Citizenmeds and have seen the weight going down. The shipping got worse over time and sometimes does not arrive as cold as it should. Still a good service
