This is not my first year purchasing this letter. My grandson was so excited to receive another letter from Santa, and really felt special. He gave special attention to the snack suggestions, and it was such a joy to watch him prepare for Santa's visit on Christmas. The personalization was spot on, the letter was very professional. Perfect!! Perfect!! Perfect!!

Beautiful, arrived ready for 1st December and were beautiful, on really good quality paper and lovely words with personalisation. The boys loved them and the adults were very impresssed, really good value for money.

Lovely Company, purchased for my 6 year old Grandson this year and last year also.
Look great, he was over the moon.
Added some extras ie wax seal/activity book, etc., all worth purchasing.
Will be ordering again next year without a doubt.

I have ordered your letters for two years now and my grandchildren were thrilled with them. Excellent, reliable service and will be ordering again this year. The variety of extras worked really well as I was able to order different options for each grandchild which were age related and made them more authentic.

Very realistic looking. My daughter was so excited when she saw the envelope on the door mat. I paid e tra to ensure early delivery and it was worth it. It was received early December. Really pleased with the overall experience and quality of letter. I intend to use them again this year.

I was too late to make the order and was really worried about the children! However, they took my concerns seriously and delivered the letters in time.

I left it late to order - my fault - and I was panicking that they would get there on time - I ordered six !! I tried logging on to track the progress and it was saying my letters hadn’t been sent ?? They arrived two days before Christmas- phew ! The children loved them - so I would order again but this time - I would order earlier 👍

I made an error on the letter which was my fault, however the administration team who responded to me did not offer any solution or discount on amendment letter. I need to pay for a full letter again.

All ways good value. Several years now, using the service for my grandson. He loves it. It keeps the romance, and childhood innocence, expectations alive.
