Wrong item and won’t reply
Received the wrong item, been emailing and texting for a week, they refuse to answer or to exchange my item , read Facebook reviews and you’ll see the truth, they reply asking for order number and you never hear from them again .

Awful service
Awful service. I checked the returns policy before ordering and it only stated that returns were at the cost of the customer. I received one incorrect item which needed to be returned along with other items that I had ordered in multiple sizes. The company are now saying orders with a discount code are only eligible for an exchange or refund. This was absolutely not on the website when I ordered as I would never have ordered duplicate sizes, or ordered at all if I knew a refund wasn’t possible. They reply to start and then stop replying to messages. They now have my returned order and my money and are not resolving the issue.

Avoid! Made my first order and it never arrived, evri prompted me to get back in touch with the senders and they haven’t replied to one single email or instagram I’ve sent! No sign of a refund.

Terrible Customer service.
Terrible customer service I have spent over £650 on new clothes in two sizes with the intention of sending a size back that doesn't fit as well. I have sent back the clothes (which I paid to send back) and have received a refund for some of the clothes I sent back and not for others! I have also emailed the company 3 times with no reply. Please beware of this before purchasing. Looking forward to eventually hearing back from you!

Really like the fit of the clothes…
Really like the fit of the clothes because I’m kind of an inbetween size. Ordered Scuba T-shirt and short sets in all 5 colours. Was missing a set of shorts which didn’t get replaced. Spent more money on
The colour I was missing and they’ve sent a set of shorts that don’t match any of the sets. Farce really. Customer service email is slow and I get the impression they think i was lying about not receiving the missing pair originally.

No returns - money gone.
Appalling customer service. I ordered a few things with the intention of keeping some and sending some back if they didn't fit or if I didn't like them. Totally reasonable when you are trying a new brand. Or so I thought...
The quality was decent but one item didn't fit and the other didn't suit me. I requested a refund only to be told that I cannot get a refund due to the fact I purchased them with a discount code. A code that I was offered by them when I first went on the website. Why would I not use this code?
So now I am stuck with some clothes I don't want, or I can be issued with a credit note to order more clothes that do not fit or I do not like.
Not acceptable in this day and age I will not be ordering from here again.
Almost forgot, to make matters worse you have to pay to send them back. Any reputable company these days offers free returns.
I'll stick to proper companies in future.

Customer service is terrible
Wrong items was sent out to me, I now have 3 items I do not need and no way of sending back. I have messaged over 10 times to return the items even offering to pay the return fee to be ignored an be left with £90s worth of items I won’t use.
