Giant ripoff
Giant ripoff.
They make it seem that you will get good calls from people with decent insurance. BIG HINT: this will never happen!
They arrange to have either out-of-town people call your office to see if take their insurance (but they live to far to actually come to your office so why are they calling) or an endless supply of medicaid people (you will never receive enough from medicaid to cover the $50 that chiroappointment charges you for taking the call).
The medicaid people possibly get paid to make those expensive calls to you.
I cancelled CA only to have them try to start up again with me a few years later. I gave the poor cold-calling woman an earful about what an awful company chiroappointment was. I hope she quit that disappointment of a company.

Staff was friendly but poor quality…
Staff was friendly but poor quality calls. The people who called are "tire kicking shoppers". Not the quality of people I want in my office. I did get charged for someone calling me twice, but the staff member promised she will send me an email link on how to dispute it. You may do great with this service, I just didnt get the results I was hoping for.

Not great!
The idea that I have to go through each call within thirty days to be sure it is a legit billable call is laughable. I have been charged $58 for a butt dial...

On-Line Presence and New Patients
I have been using this service for many years and it has provided a stream of new patients to our office. Not only that, is it an effective and efficient way to increase on line presence. Our practice comes up on all the search engines. I would recommend this service for establishing an on-line presence and to provide a continual flow of new patients. LB Massachusetts

Not worth the hassle! Do your own marketing!
I signed up after receiving a phone call stating that they needed chiropractors in my area. After getting set up I immediately started receiving phone calls but when I picked up no one was there. It would happen at least 5-10 times a day....very frustrating. When someone real actually called, they often had insurance that I didn't participate with or medicaid. I would get billed $55 per person and then have to dispute the charge.
At the end of the day you will most likely get charged for many patients that don't end up walking into your office. Might work well for some offices but not a good fit for mine.

How to remove old chiroappointment link from Google.
1/25/18 Chiroappointment attempted to have this review removed, so I have edited the language to be more PC, but the facts remain the same.
Since the chiroappointment.com link will show up in your search results and compete for your internet traffic, it is important that you remove this link ASAP. Since they have a great system in place to boost their link above yours, your customers may click their link, and you will be charged if they call you. After you cancel your membership, their page will be deleted, but the old link will still show up in Google with a phone number. If people click or call, nothing will happen.
Follow these steps to remove this link:
1: go to the remove content page by google by searching "remove old page from google search"
2: find the link to tell google what to remove by following these steps: google search "Find a URL to use for demotion or removal requests"
3: enter that link into the remove outdated content page by google: find this by searching "google search console removal tool"
4: Enjoy not having your traffic misdirected to a non-working or out-dated site.
I hope this helps bring some closure to any of you who are frustrated with this link.
As reported, they may not actually bring more patients in, but may simply be capturing and re-directing existing searches through their system, and then charging you for these. They will alter your local listings without permission or knowledge on sites like Yahoo and change the phone numbers. When you fire them, they do not change them back. This can permanently damage your business if you are not aware of this! Beware!

WARNING! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY! I initially said "no" to signing up for their service as I have a word of mouth referral practice that is highly specialized. After saying no, the sales rep wanted to know why I said no and it was basically because of all of these terrible reviews. She assured me that the service had improved and that I would not have my phone lines tied up with clients that were not a fit for my office. Well what do you know, I had 3 calls: 1 was for another doctor because they had my "routing number" shared with another doctor, 1 was for a patient who did not have insurance that I was in network with, and 1 wanted to come in on a Saturday or Sunday, when I am not open. I realize that they cannot control it if people do not read the profile they create, but basically you end up being charged for people who never become clients or may be looking to get in with another doctor. My question to them was "how do I know these other 2 people calling were not trying to get the other doctor you had sharing a tracking number with me? Maybe he is open on the weekend or takes those insurances". They basically just said "take our word for it" that they weren't. There are no quick way to get clients, and if there are, those ways do not get you the type of clients that you want. I had a bad feeling about it from the start and should have listened to my instinct. Learn from my experience and just SAY NO!

Problem Resolved!
I want to thank Chiroappointment.com for resolving the issue the reported below. My monthly cap was restored to the original amount and I am again benefiting from this service. Problem Resolved!
I was consistently encouraged to increase my monthly budget cap. I finally said I would give it a try. I did, but it wasn't successful for me. When I requested to go back to the earlier monthly cap I was told that you can never lower your budget, only increase it! Really!? It would have been nice if I was told that to begin with! Needless to say, I have cancelled the service!

HORRIBLE
I called today to discontinue using ChiroAppointment because all we get are existing calls and then I have to dispute them every month so we aren't charged for them. Renee is the woman I spoke with at ChiroAppointment, and her condescending tone was only over shadowed by her complete incompetency. I told her I was not authorizing any more charges on my credit card and she told me she was charging it anyway for a call that was VERY clearly from an existing patient. I'm just glad I never have to deal with these trolls again. I would definitely warn everyone out there to do their research before signing up with these thieves.

They are definitely not looking out for you. Horrible. Watch out.
They woo you with great customer service for the first two weeks and then you are charged for non industry related calls and they can't do anything for you once you find them. Take the time and $ that you will spend screening these calls and keeping up with them and do anything else.

Find another service
The company is hit or miss at best...you will receive many poor quality calls and be charged for them. You can get calls bounced outside your call area, and your complaint falls on deaf ears ...took 2 weeks to talk to a supervisor, when I threatened to refrain payment "Joe " called me back in 5 min.....essentially you are paying for poor quality patients and calls but will get an occasional good patient I would guess you re paying 4 to 500 hundred dollars per quality patient...there are better programs to be found....the manager with a southern drawl was telling me he was from ny and the call radius they use is in a straight line ...hence you can get a call from in my case 17 miles away but still falls within their call radius..guess what you pay for that ...if you re in a rural area this might work for you but if you're in an urban setting think twice....frustrating endeavor...
They also make a lot of errors in what s considered a valid calls. You have to stay on top of all your calls regularly , in my case between 100 to 200 dollars in charges a month were in invalid calls..they generally will reimburse on those... Make sure you get alerts on your email, they actually stopped sending me them and began only sending me the monthly invoice whereby I was only getting the bill not the calls so I could review them....

Poor service, even worse customer service
We were billed for messages left from current patients, messages left while we were closed (weekend), and messages for services we don't provide. When calling to dispute the charges the customer service rep was terrible, and ultimately hung up on me. I would not recommend this service to any colleauges.

Simply Poor Performance!
I tried Chiro Appointment for 4 months and the calls generated to my office were either poor quality leads, calls for other types of medical providers, or from my existing patients. I wound up sending multiple e-mails as well as time on the phone trying to get credited for calls that were not generating any new business.
To top that off, you only have 35 days to review the calls for credit back to your credit card. What does this mean, if you get charged for a call on the 1st of the month and they send you a statement on the 31st of the month, then you only have 4 days to review all the call logs, make contact with the company and go through the process of getting a refund. And they simply will not refund the money back to you after that 35 day window.
The "Service" was a total waste of time and essentially a waste of resources. It did not perform to stated standards, and was a liability to office. Buyer beware!!

I have recieved leads......but more trouble then its worth
If you have lots of time to unsuccessfully argue with chiroapt each month about which leads were actually legit ~3 out of 4 leads I'm charged for are not even leads. I was once charged for a lonly kid in another state calling at 1:30am about what our massage therapists were wearing....left a 6 minute creepy message...another time, It was considered a "qualified lead" when a current patient referred her friend and she looked up my number via the internet....didn't matter to them that she said on recording that XXXX sent her in here.

Don't waste your time or $$$.
I am not sure if employees of this company are writing the reviews below. The doctor before me is more like it. I signed up, they were nice. However, I only received 3 'qualifying calls' and it was from a regular patient of mine that had been coming in for years. I still got charged $50. So irritated about that still. Don't waste your money with this company folks.

Don't waste your time and energy
Listen to how ridiculous this is:
I'm told to sign up as a new client I will get the first 2 calls comp'd (no charge).
After 2-3 months I have to spend quite a bit of time on the phone with my account manager going over calls that are actually invalid, that were considered "valid".
Then, my second "valid" call my cc gets charged. Instead of refunding me the call charge bc the agreeement was for the first 2 free, they say the next one will be free, so it evens out in the end. And that was after I already told them I didn't want the service anymore.
Then they said they don't have the ability to process a refund (blatant lie of any business).
So be warned. If you're ok with dealing with A LOT of headache, and a company not keeping their agreement, then give them a try.
