Great Service!
I did not keep these wigs because they didn't look nice on me. However, the customer service was great, and my refund was very fast. My only complaint is that the refund is for a store credit only, and not a credit to my charge card.

Glam Waves
I have purchased Glam Waves in 3 different colours and I absolutely love it! The fibers are nice and the lace front is impeccable. I wish they had this in a copper red. Highly recommend.

Shipping of the product was good, but product quality not so much
Shipping of the product was good. I have ordered the same GABY wig at least 3 times from your company, I have worn the new wig a few times, but it is very different from the original style (colour is the same). The wig itself seems to have flatter hair and seems to be smaller. It also rides up, so I need to constantly be pulling it down. The last time I ordered PEACHES, but thought I'd try GABY again, but I was much happier with the previous GABY wigs and the PEACHEs wig. After this change in product, I may not order again.

Customer service was great,..BUT
Customer service was FABULOUS so I feel bad giving a lower score. It's for the fact that the photos online do not match the products you receive. In fact, the one wig wasn't even close to what I received .They definitely made it right for me, but I had TWO wigs sent that didn't look like what I ordered. The replacement one is absolute perfection, but arrived after the event I needed it for, since I had to return the original. I know this is more on the wig companies themselves, but as sellers, I hope they will really put pressure on the wig companies to provide accurate representation of the product you will receive. It's already hard even to admit you need wigs, but to then not be able to trust when ordering, it's a whole other level of distress added. With the cost of wigs being hard for many of us to spend, it would be great to NOT have it be such a bad thing to deal with. I DO appreciate companies like chiquel, who are willing to make things right, but I wish it didn't need to work like this. Amanda, their social media rep has made it a bit easier, but we need better online photos to shop from, please..we don't even need fancy pics, just accurate. I should note that while they were great about giving me a store credit for the one, and an actual refund for the other, I still have to pay $19 twice to send the items back. If I had been returning because I just didn't like the wig, I would understand, but in my case it was not even close to the colour I wanted (& confirmed with customer service before ordering. I wish I could submit pics of it

Great experience! I had a consultation at the Richmond/Ottawa store with Jada and the experience was wonderful. Jada was so helpful picking out a new colour for me, as I have been wearing Wigs for a year and a half now and I had wanted a change from my Blonde to a darker Blonde and she hit my new colour dead on, like the pro that she is. We even went outside so I could see the colour in natural lighting. I would highly suggest that if you are considering alternative hair to make a consultation appointment with Jada, as she will make you feel right at home. It is by appointment only so no one will be walking in on you in your private experience with Jada.

Nice Variety
I have ordered twice from this company. Both wigs were as described and looked similar to the picture. The issue I have is one of the colors of the wig was much lighter in person and I am not a fan of this wig. They need to have better pictures of the colors maybe one indoors and one in natural light on a human head.
