Didn't like the shipping charge since my first order was over 80 dollars and it still wanted to charge me $9.99 so I backed the order down knowing I would have to pay the shipping charges. When Items arrived one battery was totally bulging, had the hassle of trying to get ahold of cust service finally got a hold of Jasmine and got another battery sent.

Very happy with LiPO packs and CNHL’s warranty customer service.
I have more than a dozen CNHL 120C LiHV packs and I am very pleased with all of them. I recently ordered a couple of new packs and one had a defect out of the box. I emailed CNHL and provided them the information they needed for a warranty claim and they promptly sent me a replacement. Both their packs and customer service are very good in my experience.

I purchased 2x 5cell 4000 packs
I purchased 2x 5cell 4000 packs . I also did not receive a discount as a “new customer”. When contacting the customer service , they were great in getting me the email sign up discount. Customer service is a real person and not AI !
Now let’s get to the packs, both arrived in normal storage mode. I always test my packs on arrival and storage charge on my own, One pack is averaging around 3.80 per cell.
Pack #2 is averaging around 3.80 but one cell is at 3.77.
I am keeping an eye on this pack as one cell seemed to be lagging in the storage charge mode.
Neither pack has been charged for use at this time so my review is based on service, arrival of packs, packing and safety of packs on arrival, cost and appearance.
