I'm delighted with the service at Check My Wellbeing. I won a free test in their Facebook promotion - a free test of my choice where I could order any home test that I wanted for free, plus free postage. They informed me via Facebook Messenger and have been extremely responsive to messages - excellent customer service. I placed my order and it turned up for free extremely quickly the next day by 1st class Royal Mail, like their customer service advised. The parcel was small enough to fit through the letterbox so I didn't need to worry about missing the delivery, just like their customer service also advised. The test itself had fairly easy-to-follow instructions, but the video demo at their website also helped. Overall, excellent and extremely prompt responses by their customer service, fairly easy-to-use test kit (I chose the thyroid test), extremely quick postage delivery, plus a simple ordering process. Thanks so much for letting me try your service and one of your tests for free - if I ever need any tests in future, I'll definitely be using your company. Top marks.

Thyroid tests
My husband and I ordered a thyroid test each. The tests were very easy to use and results were almost instant. The only flaw we found was one kit was missing an alcohol wipe but that wasn’t an issue for us as we already had some at home. The website was simple to use and provided some information about each test. However, identifying which tests were suitable for each gender could be made clearer. Delivery was super quick and the tests were discreetly packaged. I will recommend to friends and family.
