1) Always appreciate working with you, but...
1) You sent me a Promo code but I couldn't submit it to application
2) Annoying calls to complete application. There are obviously reasons my application got delayed/slowed down -- no need to call or email so often. I doubt there are many customers who appreciate the high pressure car salesman (or wanna be bounty hunter bill collector) approach. I strongly suggest you tone it down a jot.
