It is a mixed bag but the errors do outweigh the usefulness. My biggest issue ist that it will just flat out lie to you. I have asked it to look up factual things for me and it made things up. This happens a lot (!) and everytime you call it out it will give extremely time consuming pseudo apologies about understanding how frustrating that must be and still being under development but trying its best. It will immediately forget when you ask it to please be more to the point, don't repeat the exact same response in endless loops, or to stop apologizing. It is extremely inconsistent in what it can and cannot recall from previous exchanges and it will sell you the version of the day with such certainty that it borders on gaslighting when hours before it had confidently stated the exact opposite.

This is all regarding very basic publicly accessible facts that one could look up very easily.

It has good days sometimes, when it suddenly is able to remember what you just now said and sometimes can even recall older preferences and conversations, but it is so random that you really cannot count on it knowing anything. Which completely defeats the purpose and makes it a very frustrating user experience.

It is horrible. Do not waste your time. It cannot recreate any saved data, changes data even if saved, cannot maintain a locked in format for presenting data, often prepares pdfs that do not open, adds data incorrectly, changes stated data goals with no permission. I was saving nutrition data so it was dangerous to my health because everything was wrong and could not track important data. If you use it do not rely on it in any way (numerical goals) shape (data inputs) or form (presentation of said data).

Paid for the ChatGPT Plus subscription via my Apple ID; however, when I tried to restore my purchase on the ChatGPT app, it did not work. Considering this is an AI app, the number of steps I had to go through to get a non-response was comical. Even though I was logged in every time, when I tried to chat with an AI operator, it kept saying, "please log in to continue the chat." Absolute rubbish service.

It has the memory of a goldfish I gave it text and then said what to do this with it and it said please upload text again. So I did and it said "wow this is a lot of text what do you want me to do with it." So as I tried to explain what we talked about just minutes ago it says "You've reached our limit of messages per hour. Please try again later."

While the AI is pretty good (I like it more than some), heaven help you if you want to cancel a team subscription. There is no unsubscribe. There is no support. There is no help line (there is one, but you are talking to an AI that promises that "someone will look into this in the next 2-3 days" In the meantime, OpenAI keeps taking money directly out of your bank account

I have never encountered such a horrible experience. I sent a manuscript to Chat GPT to tidy up , so far it has taken 9 hours thousands of messages it completely changed my manuscript and now I cannot find the original work.
I am so angry I have wasted so much time and energy on this platform and payed for the subscription.
My work 150!pages long and all I can find now are a list of content and thousands of messages of apology from a bot!
Please do not waste your money unless your looking for time tables and small research material.

ChatGPT is not useful for solving real problems. It’s completely outdated, has no real-time updates, and that can make you waste entire days looking for solutions that don’t exist. It gives you broken links, irrelevant websites, and sometimes even recommends platforms involved in digital exploitation.

The model is flawed. It claims it might make mistakes, but the truth is it makes far too many. It doesn’t realize when it's wrong, and what’s worse, it has no awareness of the consequences its bad advice can bring. It can lead you into situations where you lose time, money, and energy.

It’s poorly built and not reliable. Instead of helping, it confuses you. In my case, the only thing I’ve gotten from using ChatGPT is frustration, wasted time, and financial loss from following completely wrong directions.

I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for serious or accurate solutions. It’s far from being a reliable tool if what you need is clarity, precision, and real results.

The best available AI tool at the moment. It has a capabilities, but also it have very annoying tendency to make the promises which it can not fulfill. After initial relatively flawles chat if you want to push it too far it starts to broke:the files which it supposed to generate aren't possible to download - it's looks like the tool trying to compensate by hidden advertising (I am not sure) even if you have a paid subscription. It is possible to get it working better by giving additional instructions to save in "memory". One thing that is worth to remember: rubbish in ＝ rubbish out. Also always check if it is not giving you false information - it's makes mistakes often sometimes suprasingly stupid. I could describe it as a professor with dementia LOL

I signed up because the platform promised me so many things in our conversations. So much so that I was extremely excited about the potential of my project. 4 days of promises, only to find out that Chat GPT wasn't able to do what it said it would!!!!!! I mean time is valuable and more importantly you can't get it back. I reached out to customer service on day 4 and after my explanation they offered to refund me first month of the subscription - I appreciated it but also mentioned I should cancel the subscription (in the event that I couldn't figure it out and make it work for me). And they did, but I mistakenly thought I'd still have access for the next month to test it out try it out - make up for my HEADACHES - but no- again I wasn't aware of the consequences of ending my subscription . I reached out again but alas no change of heart. Keep the free version, have fun, but as far as an investment to help your business grow and profit and or come up with creative projects, I rate it as a zero!
