I had some difficulty with the progressive lenses because of balance issues and the customer support people were super helpful and friendly. They gave me quick assistance to get the glasses replaced. I wouldn't hesitate to order another pair again.

Great customer service. My eyeglasses arrived today when I opened my package seen my eyeglasses and tried them on. I looked in the mirror I was so happy. They look fabulous on me.

Customer service! The agent who helped me tonight, was on it! I definitely put their skills to the test. This agent was very professional, quite knowledgeable, patient, and needless to say, helpful.

What also impressed me was the humility shown. Here's the response I got when I asked their name/reference code for the customer survey:
"No need for a reference code — we’re the Charmoo team, and every reply comes with the help and support of the whole team. 💛 We’re just really happy we could assist you!"

I recently purchased a great pair of glasses from Charmoo. The product that I received absolutely exceeded my expectations. The fit was perfect and the progressive prescription that I supplied to them was executed accurately providing awesome vision.
Their product selection is broad with so many contemporary frames to choose from.
The Charmoo folks are obviously highly committed to customer’s satisfaction and are providing a high-quality product of excellent value at very fair market prices.
I will be purchasing glasses from Charmoo again in the new future.
