Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. Recently stayed at property they manage in Emerald Island Resort and they falsified their inventory resulting in property owner charging me for a huge amount of missing laundry that was left in washing appliances at property as per their instructions. All 6 of my party can verify this. Shocked at the accusation. As if anyone would want to leave with the dirty laundry! This may well have been a mistake but failure to rectify suggests a deceitful, malicious way to extract further funds from customers. Be warned. Avoid at all costs.
