Personal Experience

Just a couple of things to summarize being a temp for them. THERE ARE TONS OF FAVORITISM AND PETTINESS. One supervisor DOES NOT EVEN SEE 2nd or 3rd shift at all, so they only know about the workers from their leads.
They will tell you that you do really well, then attack you for other things THAT ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL. When they talk to you, listen-only DO NOT SPEAK, they will say that you don't hold yourself responsible for understandable mistakes.
The work culture is so toxic, there are people here that are friendly with you to your face, then suddenly start gossiping behind your back, especially leads and people with seniority. You only have job security when you suck up to management or stay to yourself.
Supervisor I had (in a different department now), attacked me about my personal problems, my personality (eg. maturity, personal issues, mental health). That person also used her own lifestyle as a way to express her favorable position over me.
My lead had talked about me to the supervisor and was in cahoots with firing me for my “poor attendance” even when I had a legitimate excuse (car breaking down on the free way, being sick, emergency. Everyone else got away with being late or absent for no reason (especially the male employees).
This toxic environment is still present, as my previous coworkers have explained their experience with them to this day.
They also micromanage people they dislike and would insult people for technology misunderstandings regarding clock-in system. They also have a personal timer to those who go on breaks as well towards people they dislike.
Training was done by under qualified technicians because the lead (2nd shift) and supervisor would not want to do it themselves.

I would give a 0 star if I could, and this is my own personal review being a previous Quality Technician.
