Initially told me it takes 1-3 business days to unlock my iPhoneX. After a week contacted them, they said it will be unlocked within 1-2 days. After more than 3 weeks of waiting and a number if emails exchanged with them, got a refund of 129 and was told they can not unlock it and to contact my carrier. Walked to AT&T store near me then called the customer service from store and had my phone unlocked within one day. It cost me the same $129(amount I owed on my AT&T plan when upgraded to newer iPhone) . What a waste of my time with these guys.

I want to say a couple of kind words about the Cellphoneunlock service.
These guys are the only ones who helped me.
I am the owner of Galaxy S6 (SM-G920W8). Once a well-known operator re-blocked my cellphone. I needed a "defreeze" code for unlock. I was searching the internet for how to solve my problem. CellphoneUnlock offered me a remote unlocking service. In 10 minutes the cellphone was unlocked!I got the "defreeze" code and unlock code both. This remote service is new and I can recommend to anyone who has encountered the same problem as me.

Had a few fights with Fido/Rogers regarding my ZTE Hotspot and after shutting down my account, they refused to unlock my hotspot because they said I need to be an active client to unlock and they wanted $50. The unlock process did work well however they led me on for 14 days before providing me with the unlock code. First it was an email stating to wait 1-6 days, then another 1-6 days, then 2 days. Do not use if you have any sort of timeline!

Had an issue specific to my phone. Eventually I found out I was entering in details wrong. Sent a few emails back and forth with staff until they pointed out the issue and code worked flawlessly. Above and beyond what they needed to do.

Would highly recommend. Now we have a throwaway phone for international SIM on our upcoming trip.

Best Unlocking Site Ever no regrets at all. My phone was locked and I panicked, I was worried that most online website cheats you to purchase a code but wouldnt do the job. It has already been 1 week and half and still haven't unlocked my device. There customer service is really slow, there is only one representative to speak to. It's the same person everytime, so that explains why I'm on hold for so long everytime. Also about 15 minutes into the hold i get disconnected everytime for some reason. Maybe it's because they only have one person working the phone. Save yourself some time and use another website

I got my unlocking code within only 12 hours with all the instructions in email response from Cellphoneunlock.com. I followed the instructions and successfully unlocked my Galaxy S6 Edge, which was locked to Rogers, and could be unlocked by the provider for $50. I paid only $14.99 with Cellphoneunlock.

I spent at least 12 hours on the phone with AT&T(ick me off). We were with them for over 10 years and decided to switch to T-Mobile. ATT thoroughly screwed us on the ETF and the process to get a phone unlocked was literally a nightmare. After being told my ATT that we were not going to get the unlock codes and reading an article smearing ATT in the Huffington Post regarding the inevitable run around we would get trying to unlock our phones...
