I visited the Halifax branch to get advice on a new mobile. Farhan was welcoming and gave me help choosing the best one for my needs. He was not pushy but friendly and helpful. He transferred everything over for me but next day I couldn't access whatsapp. I returned and once again Farhan sorted it for me. What a delightful young man and clearly knowledgeable in his work. Thank you very much

Went to cell buddy yesterday 26/7/24 and had the best experience. As someone let’s say not very technical I didn’t even know where to start with a problem with a Giffgaff sim but the gentlemen was patient and helpful.
He didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing what I was doing, he explained it in a way I could understand and was reassuring.
I offered some money of course for his time but he refused. It’s was honestly such a pleasant experience when I was dreading it as thought I would be made out to feel stupid.
100% recommend

I went into Cell Buddy for the first time in Halifax UK. Exceptional Service and very helpful. They helped identify the best screen and mobile protector for my new I Phone 15 Plus Max. Farhan was fantastic and fitted it for me making sure that my mobile was clean. He cleaned it for me!
