Do not buy, these are not suitable for cats and dogs

I bought two ocean splash mats, one for my son's cats and one for mine. His lasted ten minutes before they pierced the main part with the water.
My cats pierced the rim part after about twenty minutes, then pierced the main part three days later, I got up to water on the floor.
I contacted celery pets twice by email with no response.
Do not buy these they are not suitable for cats and dogs.

After Sales service doesn´t exist

Got a cool toy for my cat. The automatic ball with a tail. Has worked for 2 days and suddenly stopped.

Absolutely zero response nor an ounce of responsibility towards the client, simply a SCAM company, that´s all.

SCAM SITE

I ordered a cat brush on 5/13/25 and as of today, I have not received it. The tracking on 6/26 showed no delivery yet but then on 6/30, it shows delivered on 6/12 which is impossible. I have sent several emails and only get auto generated responses. AVOID THIS SITE! Thankfully the brush was not expensive and I am likely only out $17 but it sure is disappointing.

These people are Chinese crooks!

I ordered 2 'mice', regular updates, then today I get a message to say that they have been 'Returned to Sender' I specifically requested that they be delivered to the local Post Office so no way could they not get access. I am lived that I have been scammed, forgot to check Trustpilot before clicking the purchase button, £16 for bugger all!

Awful experience still ongoing

The item was faulty, cat walked across it and popped straight away and leaked. Was told it was faulty. Have sent several emails some I get answers other none. Was told I would get compensation but wanted a full refund as product no good. Still waiting for something back. No product and out of pocket. Customer service awful answer one email and then dont bother with any more.

My pet comb broke after the first use

My pet comb broke after the first use! I contacted Customer Service about a refund, but no response. I contacted them again and this time they said for me to take a picture and send it and they would let me know the next steps. I did that, and again, no response. I tried contacting them AGAIN - no response. So, I just lost money. This will teach me to look at the reviews before I buy. Highly disappointed!

Interactive Cat Toy Ball wasn't as advertised. The toy did not have the functions as it was supposed to and wasn't interactive and brok within 2 used. Contacted them and they offered a 1/3 refund on the toy and now non responsive.

Terrible. How is this even a business?

I placed my order and waited for over a month patiently for it to be shipped. After a month i grew tired of waiting and requested that my order be cancelled. I haven’t been given a reason for the delay. I have only received a verification of my cancellation. It is very odd to me.

I ordered a cat toy on May 23rd from an ad on Facebook. As of June 12th, I have not received it. It was also billed on my credit card on May 23rd. Sent 2 or 3 emails to the company. Got canned responses apologizing but no indication that item was shipped or when to expect it. So I filed a complaint with my bank, asking for my money back. The bank is investigating. I had no idea this company is in China. There is no customer service number in the United States. I subsequently read many reviews on the internet stating that customers either never received the item they ordered or the item broke upon first use. Caveat Emptor!

Celery Pets COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE

I ordered the item May 14. The item was due to arrive June 10 2025. That day USPS tracking informed me the item was intercepted. The mailman showed up later that day and showed me the package had been intercepted due to COUNTERFEIT postage! He informed me in order to keep the item, I would have to pay the 8.50$ postage or refuse the item. I paid shipping and handling when I ordered the item, I’m not paying itt again!! I refused the item! Now they aren’t responding to my emails and their phone is no longer in service! Thank goodness I paid through PayPal!
