The communication I have had with…
The communication I have had with Olivia Wilson in customer service has been excellent. A problem had arisen with the way I had signed up for treatment through the referral process which meant the person who referred me was not going to be awarded the referral bonus. When I queried this Olivia revisited the case and offered a couple of options to resolve the issue. I was extremely happy with the resolutions offered as was my referrer.

I’ve been very happy with my experience so far. The customer service has been excellent, and they’ve offered me several helpful options. I had a couple of video calls to take my impressions, and both representatives were patient and supportive. Since I was having some difficulty, I decided to visit the clinic for scans in person, which turned out to be a great experience. I feel confident moving forward with the process and am excited to see the results. Highly recommended!

I just finished my aligner treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results. I had a small gap between my front teeth that made me a bit self-conscious, but I didn’t want to spend thousands to fix it. After some research, I found Casper smile affordable, with retainers included, and no need to visit a dentist. The team was really helpful and answered all my questions along the way. I love my new smile and would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about it. So glad I decided to do it!
