When I first heard about Carsan, I wasn’t totally sure if it would work out since they were a newer company. But now, after six months of having my Tesla with them, I’m honestly really happy. The car stays booked almost all the time, and I get a steady payout every month without having to deal with anything myself. I don’t have the time to manage rentals, so handing it over to Carsan was the best decision I could’ve made. They take care of everything, and it’s been a stress-free experience so far.

I live in LA part of the year and spend the rest out of state. Before Carsan, my car was just sitting unused for months. Now it earns money while I’m gone, and I never have to worry about parking or maintenance. It’s convenient, reliable, and completely hands-off.

DO NOT HOST YOUR CAR WITH THIS BUSINESS!. I hosted my vehicle with them in Miami, Florida and they already went out of business. Did not paid me revenue for 4 months (still waiting pay they owe to me). I got back the vehicle, and it is damaged, they never fixed it and now they not even answering phone calls nor texts. Sandra the only person I spoke to over time, she lies all the time making false promises. Sandra and the rest of you guys behind the scheme, just be aware of lawsuit coming for Carsan.

The company owes me money and had not paid any tolls which they state they will pay as long as they are sent in. Which they have been sent in have by the way! I am in the process to starting a class action law suit against the company for Breach of Contract and negligence. If there is anyone wanting to join this law suit against CARSAN please feel free to reach out to me VIA Nikolas. hawkins 166@ gmail. com. I'll be happy to have more people against this company in this lawsuit. I am sueing fo $10,000 dollars which includes interest, my time and aggravation and defamation of character since my tolls have been sent to Collections. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO RATING I WOULD.

Very nice selection of vehicles. I enjoyed the Range Rover Velar. The staff is very king and courteous. I have used Carsan a few times and a very gooog experience with them

This company is an absolute JOKE. Had a rental booked at 14.30pm and I decided to arrive 15 minutes earlier, just to make sure to see the car and check-in without wasting time. Surprisingly, the company was closed and there was already another client shouting on the phone with Turo as he was waiting there since more than 1 HOUR! Both Turo and I phoned the company multiple times and nobody never answered. After about 30 minutes since my arrival someone showed up but he didn't even came to me, I had to do it. I booked a rental with a Tesla Cybertruck and this employee didn't even remember I had to pick it up and so the car wasn't even ready! He cleaned it in the moment and they provided me the car with a little charge, making me waste 1 hour to charge it. Seriously, avoid these clowns if you want a stress-free rental experience.

They take your car and rent it out on Turo and don’t like to pay you the owner you have to every time go and make a problem so they can pay also when you ask where is the funds they never respond don’t give them your car they will not pay you

I’m being accused of a window button that I did not touch the entire trip. I never had to pick up a car where it had little no gas in there, with Miami traffic I had to put gas in there on the first day, I had to pick up my car in a muddy area , and the vehicle seat had stains wasn’t as clean , although I seen the cleaning person cleaning out the cars, I guess they just clean the outside of the vehicle. I uploaded pictures before and after trip of the door window panel that they are claiming I did , when I did not, and I will not be accused of such when the cleaning people were in the vehicle after I dropped it off. I will fight with my lawyer on this. Rent Turo at times, and never had this bad experience as with CARSAN On Turo

Car was nice; pick up location was local and very close to home; prob only small gripe was that I wash I’d received it with a full gas tank. It was at exactly half; I returned it with close to 3/4 tank, so hopefully the next renter gets enjoy that at least. I like the variety of cars available depending on the occasion one may need it for; was able to get to may interview/ other errands comfortably. Btw, I got the job.👌🏻 Would absolutely rent from this host again.

CARSAN is a FRAUDULENT SCAM…!!!

Do NOT list your cars with them; they are THIEVES, they will
TRASH/DAMAGE your vehicles, never repair them, and, in case of a total loss, they will STEAL the insurance pay out.

I listed 20 vehicles with them, and they SCAMMED me; STEALING, about $100,000.- !!!

They also SCREW their own employees, providers, auto body shops, mechanics, customers, etc.

They are DISHONEST!

These CROOKS will do anybody and everybody WRONG!

Their MAFIA style “modus operandi” has no limits. They have even SCAMMED people from their own homeland, Russia!

STAY AWAY from doing business with them, in any way or form!

They are LIARS, FALSE, FAKE, etc.

They have two locations where they SCAM people from; both locations near the airports of Los Angeles, California & Miami, Florida.

These INDUSTRY CON MEN have been reported to FTC,
Better Business Bureau
&
Bureau of Automotive Repair
for the following;
*not paying vehicle lenders,
*returning vehicles damadged & unfixed,
*running vehicles with overdue oil change,
*pocketing profits,
*lack of report transparency,
*insurance fraud claims to entrap vehicle lenders,
*entraping lenders for their own misdeeds and unethical practices. 

Soon to be stripped from business license
and
followed class lawsuit!

FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD ALERT We rented out our car on Carsans platform then about 3 months later it was returned damaged, undrivable and tires completely worn out. They peel out and crash it on purpose to use their own body shop to claim the insurance money through Turo. Then they blame the customer for something stupid like "Not changing the tires on time". They didn't offer any compensation despite them depositing the money they received from Turos insurance. Avoid these guys like the plague.
