They were ok until I called to cancel an order that they hadn’t provided a delivery date for, that’s when I was told, by the way we’re charging you a 20% restocking fee; a fee that I never heard of until I called to cancel; not posted in their warehouse, on their website, on the invoice nor in any conversations until you decide to cancel. Bad business dealings. What good company surprises people with a fee that they pull out of their hat when it suits them.

Researched and purchased a great elliptical. have been very pleased with the assistance I received in selecting the machine as well as the remainder of the process. The only minor thing I wish was different is that the handlebars quickly started to have a piece come a bit detached - not major - just where I hold onto there is a strip that peeled back some quickly. I would definitely recommend using Carolina Fitness. Great value for the machine I received and has been a lifesaver to be able to work out on a gym quality machine in the privacy of my home for the price I paid!

Very friendly and quick to respond to any questions when I messaged. The only problem I encountered was I was passing through from west Virginia so I decided to stop to buy some things to save on shipping. they were sold out of nearly everything that I was after due to a sale they had the weekend prior. So a lesson learned. I should call and check on the things I am after before stopping by. I will deal with them again in the future.

Worked with Bill Harrigan this morning. He was incredibly helpful and personable. Bill listened to my preferences & directed me to exactly what I looking for. He gave me thoughtful feedback on how we may want to expand our home gym in the future without making me feel like he was pushing a sale. I was impressed with the inventory and quality.
