The watering system is great
The watering system is great. I have it hooked to a rain barrel and my chickens love it ( I have 23 chickens they are about 13 weeks old). My girls could not be happier. They eat out of their silo feeder and drink from the waterer. They took right to it with no trouble. When they go to bed at night they have the hemp bedding that I bought from the flock shop . My girls eat drink and sleep in the comfort of Carolina Coop products. A girl ( all 23 of them)could not ask for more. I just wish I lived closer so I could visit your shop. Thanks again.

Run over price headache
We will start with the shipping was great. Create was built well and wrapped. After this all down hill. Got home unboxed found missing hardware and wood strips. Called build support with no response. We decided to move on with the build our son coming home from deployment the coop needed to be finished before we leave. Went to Lowes and got wood strips and missing 40 plus black roof screws. Instructions are horrible. Found all preassembled pieces had excessive glue on the wood that needed sanded off. The roosting bar was 4" to long. I had to unwrap the rope and cut down and rewrap. After coop was together my wife was able to get ahold of customer service which did not help just apologized for everything. Maybe 5 grand to these people for a chicken coop is not a lot of money but for us this took 2 years to save up.

We have been buying your hemp for our chickens since we got them. So 3 yrs now. We love this stuff!
Wish it was cheaper but we only replace it once a year. We also keep there poop cleaned out everyday in coop.
