The thing that I love most about…
The thing that I love most about Carelinx is that it gives me the opportunity to do things that I normally would have to cancel or not do it all. My caregiver Melanna is very attentive. It makes me feel very comfortable that she’s around. I wish that I could have her for more than eight hours a month. She’s great!

Greetings All, I am pleased with the Service Carelinx provides. I love the on boarding process. You have an opportunity to interview the person that is coming to your home, way in advance! You also get the profile, work strengths and so on. I also love the website because it is easy to navigate and it allows you to see the hours used, as well as the Remaining hours. Customer service was great too. My home assistant Anquinett is So Nice, very polished and punctual!! I would recommend the Service 10 out of 10!

The team can barely speak English They send the caregivers the worst jobs around one of the team members sent me a job out of state If you know what’s good for you don’t apply for a job here.Also my Husband has even mentioned they promise you jobs and and they never follow up on them and the job never goes trough this happens over and over.

Check your caregivers,I would never leave my husband in a soiled brief for seven hours,as he can home from rehab covered in bedsores.she didn't care ,she didn't want to be bothered to change him.happy and smiling to your face while she really doesn't care and just wants to get out as soon as possible. Be very careful who you trust.

Despite major Managed Care plans offering this "benefit " the benefit is not real. They only pretend to have Aides.
It took me 6 months to get one visit. Then site was down to get her paid.
Finally recd an aide only after filing a complaint with my States DOJ for fraud.
