Anyway, the necklace is even more stunning in person. But I removed one star because the bottom layering chain- where it connects to the top "choker" piece doesn't lay flat. Its bent out of shape. Hopefully I can figure this out.

I was promised overnight shipping due to time constraints at my end but I just hear they did not stick by their words and worse quietly ignored without notifying me.
Most Indian business and websites lack trust in words and this company is no different at all.
So if you are happy with online then that’s fine. But if you go by human sales and support, run far away as fast as you can.
Update:
Caratlane is quite smart is covering up, long convoluted emails, blaming on courier. and other irresponsible unprofessional tactics as down by most Indian companies.
Order was placed Thursday afternoon , promised rid business next day delivery which would be Monday per UPS and FedEx. There are no courier issues - if so, why not be transferred and share complete details ?
Infact couriers has Saturday delivery too as inquired.
Till now, so much efforts are being spent on cover up than steeping up taking responsibility, understand customer pain, promises not kept and wasting long threads as many support are available.
I have not seen any response trying to rectify or compensate till now.
Enough is enough- please step up
