This company should be closedown ,I arrived in good time and called the number given in the booking he said meet me at level 3 carpark six which I did only to be told there is no booking.The guy asked to see the booking which I did only to be told he doesn’t work with this company anymore and didn’t understand why it was his mobile number used in my booking.After stressing the guy did say I have the correct number and he would call after a couple of attempts no answer either land land or mobile I began to stress even more and tried many times to call but once again no pickup.Plan B - the guy who did come was from noble parking very helpful indeed so what I did was to rebook with him or the holiday was cancelled well done that chap.On return no issues so next time I will use Noble again.stay away from this company it’s a scam

I have purchased CAP travel assistance plans for several international trips. The purchase process and check-out is easy to complete. I downloaded their app which provided me great travel insights and alerts prior and during my trips, as well as afforded me instant access to their help and support center. Having the app and knowing that help was just a click away, provided me with a high-level of peace of mind and assurance. Although I didn't need to activate their services, I know very well that their expert team and program always had my back. For this the CAP program is priceless, must-have and no-brainer for anyone who regularly travels.
