We also offer only US-made flags, banners, and custom corporate flags for sale. We install only commercial-quality flagpoles, even at residences. We do not install inexpensive sectional or telescoping flagpoles, though we do offer them for sale at our Raleigh, NC location. Whether it is a 100' flagpole for your industrial complex or a 65' flagpole on top of your office building or hotel, or a beautiful 20' flagpole for your home, we have the expertise to help you with your project. We also service and repair flagpoles. We have been climbing and repairing flagpoles, and painting flagpoles for over 59 years! An experienced flagpole climber is far less expensive than hiring a crane and a crew to lift someone, who might not have the experience required in the first place, up to do the repairs. I have never sent a review on anyone. You are correct, the one star is not correct. There was no fault assigned to your company. Your employees quick correction does indeed show that it was a mistake!
Well I had to call to see why I had not received any confirmation or feedback on my order. Very nice lady apologized and looked it up. She said it looked to her like my order had shipped to the wrong address, even though she had order and it was correct there.
She was very nice, and said it will go out again yesterday 🤔

I have wanted a Yardarm Flagpole for a long long time. Once I made the decision to purchase one I spent a long time talking to various Flagpole companies about purchase and installation. Capitol Flag & Flagpole was far superior in their patience in answering all question. They provide not only the office phone number for customers but also the owner's cell phone number. They are fully certified and insured for the installation process as well as their maintenance and repair programs. I have completed the ordering process and as soon as my special order flagpole is received by them, we will get the flagpole that I've wanted for years installed and I will provide a final review at that time, but I know I'll be completely happy and satisfied.

I got exactly what I wanted for exactly what was proposed/offered. I sincerely believe, if you're going to put a flagpole on your property, and fly the nations flag, invest in this. Don't settle for something cheap. You're just throwing your money away.
Scheduling is a bit of an issue though. So stay on top of it. They're super busy people.
