Great product but it took 3 days to even creat a label for shipping. Should be better as a bigger company. Would suggest 25 hour farms or lit before this Facebook driven company

I had decided to try the cb9 disposable, and during that time there was the b1g1f so I decided why not, when arrived (very quickly just not shipped over weekend which is okay)
One of the had been faulty, so I reached out to the company and and they immediately sent a return label and said as soon as the package returns they will send another, and so they did, as I returned it. now I'm waiting on usps to do their part. Great customer service. As well as the other one that had not been faulty, it works really well, great quality, great flavor.

I haven't even gotten my products yet, but I have placed no orders nor provided my email address to anyone, just took them up on the free offer. The very next day, and every day since, my inbox is absolutely SWARMING with spam. Roofers, diabetes treatments, ED, you name it. At least 20-30 emails a day. The ONLY thing i have done was place that order. Be warned. NOT happy about this and unless a gnome pops out of the bag holding ANOTHER bag of gold i will NOT be ordering from there. DO NOT like my information sold. I have ordered from other places and did NOT have this happen. Be advised.

Saw an offer for free samples, and tried them. Glad I did. We immediately placed an order, which came within five days. The products are as advertised, and I've gotten a good night's sleep every time I've taken a Delta 9 & CBD gummy.

Can't believe I went this long without trying this produce. Highly recommend.

I ordered on Thursday April 24th at 9am. They are located in North Carolina and I'm in NJ. It's now April 26th and usps is still waiting on the package... a label was created but usps hasn't received my order. I then ask Cannaid about my order and it says my order doesn't exist 🤦‍♀️ cannaid took the money on.April 24th at 9am but it's now Saturday the 26th and hasn't been delivered to usps to ship to me! Crazy and customer service won't answer my emails!
*Update it's Monday morning 10:30 EST and I got ahold of customer service and they rectified and made up for the late delivery.. I'll definitely order again. Ty @Cannaid! I didn't know they didn't work on weekends so it's been fixed and I am satisfied.

I had been using CannaAid Delta Eight soft gels for a few months with no problem. Last week I had a bad reaction. Woke up "speeding" and short of breath a couple of hour after taking the soft gel and was up all night. I wasn't sure it was the CannaAid product, so I stopped it for a night and had no problem. Then took it the next night with the same bad reaction. I scanned the QR Code to see the lab results and it took me to a readout from 2022. I have a couple of more bottles, but the QR Code took me to the same lab report. No response from customer service. Now I have to throw away my remaining CannaAid soft gels.

I love CannaAid products, but the customer service & fullfilment leave something to be desired.

I placed an order on Jan 1st or 2nd of this year. Payment was taken the same day, but it took nearly a week for them to actually put my order in the mail. Now looking like it won't be delivered until the 13th?

Sent emails to customer service, and then miraculously the notification popped up in my feed that "your order is in process." A week later. When I asked if they could do me a solid and speed up the shipping, "oh it's in the mail already too late."

Really disappointing. CannaAid has quality products that deserve to shine, but this is retail. Fullfilment is CRUCIAL.

Get off drug dealer time and act legit FFS.

Great experience reliable and awesome products. I get the edibles and chocolates the ones in the big big jar. The buzz is nice and last long I would say have two at a time for best high results. Try dropping a couple then head down to the pool you’ll thank me later but bring googles it’s an amazing feeling and trip

I ordered 2 products, paid for 2 products. 1 product arrived, the other did not. It was of ok quality, but their customer service is not. I emailed, reviewed them when I received a request to review and attempted to chat with them on their website. No response. So now, they get 1 star from me wherever I find them. Do not buy from these people. At least they only ripped me off for $20. Don't let them scam you out of $200! Stay away from them!

I love this company! They get the order out quickly. The sleep gummies are the only thing right now that works for me and I have tried a lot over the counter sleep aids. I always recommend them to anyone that says they can not sleep.

I have been using a CBD product for years and it has been unavailable for months. I have landed on a CBD/CBN gummy that I like. The thing that upsets me is I get emails with site wide discounts and when I check out the system will not take my code. I have tried to email and call multiple times and I never can talk or hear from anyone. It is very frustrating. Feel like they only want to sell the THC products. I've been a CBD costumer for years.
