We called in an order on a Sunday
We called in an order on a Sunday. I got email confirming that the order had been placed. Usually you call within 24 hours for payment confirmation. It wasn't until four days later that I received any further contact. Late Thursday I received an email that you had tried to call and for me to call back. Yet there was no record of a call or even a voice mail from you on Thursday. Only the email and to call back.
It wasn't until the 4th of July Holiday and when I did call back, the person helping (I think it was Jennifer?) well, she argued with me that basically that you had called and I was wrong, even when I said that maybe they dialed the wrong number.
Anyways, now I was notified that the prescription had expired and that a new one was needed. Well, now a whole week was wasted and at least another week would be needed to get in contact with my doctor, get a renewal sent and finally start processing the order. Add the usual 3-4 week shipment time, it would be 4-6 weeks to receive my medicine.
In the end, your actions turned into a blessing for us. We now checked again with another pharmacy that our insurance and found we could get the prescription filled for less than 10% of what we had been paying, and receive it within one week.
As such, please cancel my order and refund and $$ owed if the payment has gone through.
