We're sorry for your experience. Our inventory was delayed in shipping due to moving between warehouses. We did our best to get another pair to ship sooner. However it was the end of the season and we weren't able to speed up the process. We understand your opinion of our service. We failed this time in providing our normal level of service. We're sorry the first package was lost by the carrier. We sent tracking information to the email provided on the order. Once we found the package was lost, we dispatched another package the same day via 2 day shipping that was delivered. The tracking information was once again sent to your email indicated on the order. We do our best to quickly fulfill orders. Unfortunately some are lost en route. This happened to be the case but we did send another package that was delivered a couple of days later.

Great experience dealing with them directly
Amazon screwed up my order and did not deliver it at the time they stated. They tried to blame Campman, but I contacted them directly and learned Amazon was the problem. So, I ordered directly through Campman and their service was great. They even upgraded my delivery due to the inconvenience I had already experienced.
