The ring has arrived. It was too big, but a quick email to customer service and they had me sorted. I just used a pair of pliers and gently squeezed the ring together to fit my finger. The ring is solid stainless steel so pretty sturdy to do this.
I have only been wearing it a few days but, sleep better, I bought it for weight loss, and so far, nothing to report but it is early days. I do see an improvement I will review again.

LINDA IS THE EMPLOYEE
They claim they have a money back guarantee and that they offer refunds the absolutely don’t and they will decline your refund for absolutely no reason at all and then ignore your emails.
Avoid at all costs. I purchased two rings for around £30 for both, opened them, realised they were way to big and thick for the person I bought them for so emailed asking for a refund. They replied saying a bunch of nonsense about how the rings are adjustable (they’re absolutely not unless you are the Hulk), and then I kept asking for a refund declining all other options. They then sent me the return link to which I replied I had already submitted it so just give me the address to return the rings to. They then out of nowhere said they’re declining my refund and there’s nothing I can do. They then went on to ignore all my emails and totally avoid me.
STAY AWAY TERRIBLE PRODUCTS AND EVEN WORSE EMPLOYEES.

Absolute crap!!! Came in an envelope no box it nice packaging!! Having read the reviews after it’s clearly crap as they say losing weight and only had two days! I bought for pain but clearly a gimmick will def return! The bangle is huge too

Waste of money
Was disappointed with the packaging as I had bought it for a present, company gave the reason of now not doing the gift box as going eco friendly. The quality of the bangles were very poor, not how it’s advertised and hasn’t got the name stamped inside so never gave as a present as it does look fake. So thought I would give it a try, can you imagine no improvement on sleep or anything else is said it does. On the plus side it’s a nice piece of junk jewellery.
