I was an approved affiliate for…

I was an approved affiliate for Callondoc and had been actively promoting their services with my own money, time, and marketing expertise. I generated real sales and brought in over $5,600 in revenue for their company.

Despite this, my affiliate account was suddenly suspended without any explanation, warning, or follow-up communication. Even worse, they have not paid me the $775 in commissions I rightfully earned.

I reached out through their contact form, affiliate dashboard, and email — but received no response. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for any business that works with affiliates.

Callondoc benefited from my effort and ad spend, but when it was time to honor their side of the agreement, they simply shut the door.

All I ask is to be paid what I’ve earned.

Easy, inexpensive and fast

A Seamless Solution for a Painful Problem
Dealing with a toothache is truly the pits, and I knew deep down I had an infection that needed to be handled, pronto. What I didn't expect was how incredibly easy it would be to get it sorted.
I hopped onto their website, filled out a quick questionnaire, and uploaded a few photos of my issue. Before I knew it—boom!—my local pharmacy called to tell me my prescription was ready for pickup. This was, without a doubt, the easiest and most straightforward process I've ever experienced for a medical need. I would highly, highly recommend it to anyone in a similar bind.

Clunky website but great experience

The website is a bit clunky (hence the 4 star). But I got my prescription in a timely fashion. And I was very happy with the service

The main issues with the website are the communication method
- Even though a phone number was a requirement, I did not receive texts that urgent messages I needed to reply to were sent, it felt like the assumption was I would sit by and check my email or the website continuously. Only after not hearing anything for a while did I find out that I was delayed (only because I went to check my email)
- The second thing was the messages area did NOT display a "message sent" notice. I know this seems trivial, but I wound up sending information 3 times because I thought I had made a mistake (the message box went red like there was an error)

Again, I am happy with the service, just a little frustrated with the site

Easy process

Very convenient and easy for simple health issues! It was a very smooth transaction. I tried Dr B and they denied consultation just from entering my gender and location?? No reason given and no info about what issue I had!. I could not get past the AI initial check after entering gender. It was a simple health issue that was listed on their ad. Even support services could not help! Thanks to Call on doc for making the process fast and easy!

Horrible service

I used them for a sciatica flare up. They took hours just to get a doctor to review my situation. I requested a note for work.
12 hours later my pharmacy didn't have the prescription nor did I have the note for work. I used Teladoc and had my note and the prescription with in the hour. Don't waste your time and money on this crappy service.

I Wouldn't

If you have a very basic illness, maybe. My experience was awful. The first set of antibiotics they prescribed sent my temperature to 101 with nausea and dizziness. The second set of antibiotics sent my temperature to 102. By now, i'm so dizzy. I'm falling.Both times they told me to continue to take them. Temp went as high as 104. Never had the same provider twice, and the responding providers (never the same person) had clearly not read the notes that came before, and generally sent curt short responses. The final person told me they can take 3 to 5 days to work. What does that have to do with anything? I've been taking them over 3 to 5 days. I ended up far sicker than when I started with them.

ETA - Standard legal team approved response. (See below.) It also occurred to me — With the "call on doc" name, I'm surprised that not one of the providers I had featured the prefix "Dr." in front of their name. I've never met a doctor who didn't want to reassure you by using the correct title. Perhaps they were all prescribing PAs rather than doctors.

So Convenient

I couldn’t believe how easy it was to get antibiotics. I was so happy and it was only 40 bucks. From the time I placed the call, I had my antibiotics in my hand in about an hour. I am so glad I know about this place so I can use it in the future.

Requested antibiotics at 3 am

Requested antibiotics at 3 am, they responded by 7 am (more than 2 hours, but hey it was the middle of the night). When I found out my initial pharmacy selected was closed all day because it’s a Sunday, they responded to me and allowed me to send the script elsewhere. flat rate one time no extra fees. I’m very satisfied. Thank you so much. This is coming from someone with no insurance. Urgent care would have been $200+. With this service, I spent Less than $50.

Will not use again

If I could give 0 starts I would. I used this service 1 time paid $45. I had issues from the start with a doctor note that was blank went back & forth finally getting it.
I then got charged $45 again and contacted them right away asking that they cancel my subscription and refund my money. Well they came with an offer for 3 months free if I were to keep my subscription which I politely declined.
Two days later I get a message that my subscription was cancelled but that they were not able to refund my money. That is some straight bull! I used them 1 time as an emergency because I couldn’t get to my regular doctor. I will never use a his service again!

If I could leave zero I would

If I could leave zero I would. Took my money, said they would call in rx, got a confirmation email on the pick up Walgreens in Michigan, that location said that my rx had been sent to Florida 🤷🏼‍♀️. Then they couldn’t recall the rx because they stated that I need another rx from a doctor. Stay away from this service because if there is an issue, you are sol. Added that I have contacted customer support and as of typing this review……crickets

Another negative experience with COD…

Another negative experience with COD for me, that's 2/2.
Fortunately,
1. I understand the method they use to make the claims that: It. Just. Works. (no, it doesn't) and 'RX in 15 minutes' -> apparently they're inside one of Elon's rockets traveling close to the speed of light (where time passes much slower) and 15 minutes on their watches is equivalent to 4 days for the rest of us here on earth; and
2. I've switched to a different provider.

These people are scammers I have been…

These people are scammers I have been scammed out of over 100 dollars and meanwhile have no access to the service. My subscription shows as cancelled but they continue to take the money out of my account and meanwhile I cannot even use them for a single prescription. I had to close my account and get another one to get rid of the charge. Customer service is nonexistent.
