Love the protein powder but the customer service is non existent. They don't answer emails or Facebook/ Instagram messages. A company that doesn't get back to customers is one I no longer trust. Especially when it comes to a product that I'm putting in my body. I refuse to purchase anything else from this company.

My delivery arrived with the bulk of the order not in the box. I’ve heard nothing back from customer service despite multiple messages sent and proof of the shipped item weight discrepancy.

I am very excited to have found this product and have not been disappointed. It tastes good and melts in my oatmeal, my favorite way to use it! Ordering is easy and it has arrived in great shape (I've had issues with other places packaging, powder everywhere). The chocolate is my favorite, followed by vanilla. So good!

!!!Buyer Beware!!!

I had very high hopes for this product but they are sending out mislabeled bags. For two months I was following the instructions on the bag, which says “add 2 tablespoons into 8oz water post workout for optimum results.” Same in the nutrition facts - 2 tablespoons. However this is INCORRECT because you wont be getting 23 grams of protein in that serving. If you want 23 grams of protein you need to use a food scale and weigh out the product. Does it say anywhere to do that? No! I reached out to customer support and they didn’t even seem to care. Valentina in customer support said “ As mentioned, we are in the process of changing our description, therefore we only have these bags at the moment.” SO THEY ARE SENDING OUT BAD BAGS TO PEOPLE STILL. I am extremely concerned because there might be other people like me who just took 2 tablespoons, thinking I was hitting my protein goal, and was getting way less protein. And to top it off, the company seems to care less because they see zero urgency based on the email I got back to fix the issue. This makes me wonder if they are even honest about the product at all, which raises integrity issues.

I love their whey protein. Tastes great, mixes easily, just as effective as farmed whey protein and a hundred times friendlier to cows and the environment.
Stay away from the berry flavor though - it froths up and never mixes well.

Once I ordered I did not wait long for my product to arrive. I first had a taste of the chocolate protein at juice land and had to find this product to order. Now I make my protein shake at home and don’t feel any bloating, no fullness, or no stomachache. This has been the absolute best tasting, great for you protein. My son always ask to make him one before his day off school starts. I use oatmalk or almond malk to blend with. Repeat customer for life!
