The Caerus strength trainer deserves a five star rating. The quality of the product is top notch. The workouts achieved with the device are intense. Also, I really enjoy the flexibility of being able to bring the device while traveling.

I'm a full-time working mom with very little time for myself and to take care of my health. I've tried so many different types of workout routines, from gym memberships, group fitness clubs, expensive workout machines and gear in my garage, etc. Nothing has worked better for me than the Caerus Strength System. My workouts are super quick because I'm able to adapt the level of intensity of the exercises with the tension bands. So, a routine that would normally take one hour at the gym, plus traveling time, takes me 15 minutes at home with the system. All because I break a sweat and work my muscles from the minute I put on the vest and connect the bands and straps.
I feel so accomplished after the workout and can immediately see results with strength level, body fat reduction and overall feeling good and better about my body and mind.
What they state about the system's versatility is true, you can really take the system anywhere when traveling, or wear outdoors and combine it with your activities for extra calorie burn. 10 minutes biking wearing the system is equivalent to 1 hour biking in high speed. That not only saves time, but also allows you to work on improving and elevating your fitness level. Caerus Strength System is a one stop shop tool for fitness that can be used in different settings and fitness levels and do not require additional purchases over time or endless monthly payments.

This is the first rehabilitative device that I have experienced in the home environment that sends excitability, stimulation if you will, from all points of the functional periphery to the spinal cord and brain, while the brain engages the extremities and the core to function, at its highest capability.
