I received my cactus very well shipped and in fantastic shape, very healthy! When I didn't get a shipping confirmation a few days after ordering I texted the number on the website and received a reply shortly after explaining my shipment had occurred the day before and I would be getting tracking via email soon, which I did.
Overall a great experience and I plan on purchasing again from this site.
I recommend it!
