They wont let you cancel

There was no warning or information about an annual commitment, while I choose to pay monthly. I have sold my car, and have ZERO vehicles, I called to cancel my monthly membership and they told me I cannot and have to wait 10 months before I can be allowed to cancel even though I was on the monthly plan.

They are a joke and a robbery! I called the customer service line and they were just rude and unhelp! Spare your month and time, do not join this horribly ran company.

Hanging up on me and leaving me…

Hanging up on me and leaving me stranded by the road... And screwing around until my phone battery died.

My car is still beside the road.
Lucky I wasn't 100km from civilization.
I thought I was safe because I have CAA.
I think it's time to cancel.
It's basically useless.
