Everything was fine until I tried to renew at a cheaper rate. Over 80% for the loan was repaid on time and it was my understanding if you paid on time and develop a good payment history they would consider you for more money at a cheaper rate. Will that didnt happen. Very disappointed , KP

Be Careful
IF this is someone's absolute last resort and they really have no other choice, then so be it. It is very hard to crawl out of this hole of debt though, once you take it out. So I would use extreme caution. Their sales team is good, they answer questions - but you need to make sure you're asking all the questions! They do have timely services as far as answering the phones - you do get a live person which is nice, just beware that this will put you in so much more debt!
