I have utilized Buzzsprout since 2022. The site has exceeded most of my expectations. It has a very user-friendly interface, episodes are saved, and analytics are tracked. Plus, other podcast sites can be linked through Buzzsprout's central hub. Also, support is top-notch.

The customer service was so efficient. It says they’ll get back to you within 24 hours but they got back to me within less than 10 minutes. We've had a good experience with Buzzsprout. It's affordable for what they offer. Our listeners have widespread access to our show. We get reliable and interesting data tracking downloads by location, date, and app & device type. We also get dashboard access to more insights from Apple and Spotify. I am docking them one-star because their advertising program is pretty underwhelming. Other than that, I would highly recommend Buzzsprout if you are looking for a podcast hosting platform.
