Very good service and price. I sold a cracked screen iPad fully working and I checked everywhere and they would offer $0 for it. Buyback Surgeon offered me $23 which is little but anything is better than $0 and me throwing it away. Thank you for accepting my device and paying for it. Will use them in the future !

I don't use a laptop much so I decided to sell my Macbook Air and use the proceeds to buy an iPad. I sent my Air to Buyback and it's condition was downgraded more than I thought reasonable. As I would learn from a very unhappy Service Rep, voicing an opinion that was not what he wanted was not acceptable.

Even though I agreed to the reduced price, the Rep was so angry that he shipped my Air back. Good news is Apple paid me significantly more and now I own a new iPad.

Well I was looking to sell my phone & I ran into Buyback. Anyhow did all the procedures & they gave me a good quote! So I’m just waiting to get what there going to send me, so lije that I can ship my phone. Now what I’m worried if they now going to change the price on me once they have it in there hands. Update (1-8-25) I was contacted by Buyback Surgeon company and the owner of the company has taken care of this. After talking to him, it's looking like a USPS employee may have cut the tape and removed the phone. Again, Jason has taken care of this for me so changing the rating to 5 stars. He noticed this is a one-off issue and usually phones don't go missing. Thanks Jason!

Extremely Disappointed

On Tuesday, December 31, 2024, I received a prepaid USPS Ground Advantage shipping label from BuyBack Surgeon to sell my iPhone 13 Pro for $196. The phone was in great working condition, only needing a minor repair for the camera lens.

I carefully packaged the phone in a certified smartphone box from Apple, securing it with shipping tape, and shipped it promptly. USPS tracking confirmed that BuyBack Surgeon received the package on January 4, 2025.

However, shortly after, I received an email from BuyBack Surgeon stating:

"We received your box opened with nothing inside. Check with your local Post Office if the device fell out or if there is a device missing in the route your package traveled."

A Big Thank You to the Company BuyBack Surgeon… It was my first time selling a electronic device to some gentlemen I do not know. People tend to be skeptical and go around. How is it that they pay so much? Street Values for my iPhone 15 Pro Max was nothing to nill. Better chance to keep it as a second device. I placed a order on December 11 and I took a few days to ship the iPhone, by December 31, my account was credited through a check through mail. Many merchants would not cash my check so I went to my Bank of America just to see that the next day I would be funded. I was never expecting $400 much less almost twice as that. Thank you team of isurgeon. You fellows made a day for me and my family. I have a Christmas Present for them…

Patient makes perfect… I did not chose extra fast service but I did cash out and big. On ebay some people pay $450 for a Iphone 15 pro max… this company rocks.

Give them a chance like I did as a first timer. Now I know where to go if there is a next time.
