Customer service is sh!tty
Customer service is sh!tty, at best but it's actually nonexistent. There's no phone number and they never answer emails.
Food is definitely not the best (at leastbased on my dogs' teactions to it and Pooty eats EVERYTHING) , especially for the price.
All adds up to pricey, dogs' "meh" reaction, and nonexistent customer service. There are far better options: Pet Plate, Ollie, Nom Nom, Pet's Table, Spot and Tango, Sundays, We Feed Raw [they now have freeze dried raw. Pooty and Ebby love it], etc...). All have cheaper options and actual customer service.
