Helped my inflammation

My chronic joint inflammation has decreased dramatically since starting regular plunges. Blood tests show lower markers across the board!

Do not buy this sauna.

I ordered a sauna unit and the temperature only got to 99 degrees when the website stated 140. I sent in a video and they sent me a replacement unit and the same thing happened. Their "100 money back guarantee - Love it or your money back" only applies if you don't open it. How are you supposed to love something if you don't try it? I would absolutely stay away from this product and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Love how quickly it heats up

Love how quickly it heats up - no more standing around freezing while waiting. And my electricity bill only went up about $15 a month which feels like nothing for what I'm getting.

Nearly had a heart attack at the price…

Nearly had a heart attack at the price tag but took the plunge anyway. Six months later and I can honestly say my stress levels are half what they used to be. My wife says I'm actually pleasant to be around now.

Decide for yourself after reading my review

I purchased my unit and waited for a little bit but it finally arrived. Set up was easy as advertised.. however once I started the unit it took approx. 25 -30 minutes to start producing some steam but it never really steamed up like the advertisement shows. It never got remotely hot in there. Problem is once it steams up, when you unzip the tent to go inside, most of the steam escapes. This morning I decided to try again. Set the timer to 60 minutes on level 9. Took approx 20 minutes for steam to start at which point I got in so not to lose any steam. It did steam up inside and got warmer but never got to the 140 as advertised. In addition the steam stopped coming out after approx 20 minutes and never started again. So, if this is how it supposed to work, then I give it a 1-2 star rating, and suggest there may be better units out there but if customer service thinks the steaming unit is not working properly and sends me another steaming unit and it works like advertised then I'll be happy to re-review this product.

3/23/25-addition, as you can see I received a response from Burneek asking me to contact them to “make it right”. I wrote them as asked and received a stock response asking me to take photos of the problem so they can understand it better. I wrote back asking them what they wanted a picture of, a steamless unit? I think it’s pretty self explanatory. I’ve heard nothing from them since.. I’ll be a little more patient and then write a final piece

Patience Rewarded

I ordered this sauna after reading so many great reviews, but it was backordered due to high demand. At first, I was a little disappointed about having to wait, but the customer support team was amazing. They kept me updated every step of the way, and I always felt reassured that my order was being taken care of. When it finally arrived, I could see why so many people love it. It’s absolutely worth the hype! The warmth is perfect and it’s so easy to use. I’d wait all over again if I had to!

I was on the phone with ups this morning.. absolutely misleading. I am not sure if people writing reviews are legitimate?
Getting the run around, an auto reply when reaching customer service . No contact number to speak to someone directly. I had seen a label created. No shipping information. Even UPS had an explanation. Except to file a complaint.
How misleading and disappointing.
So please tell me how this issue will be resolved?

Update on my package at first I thought it was a scam because of the late delivery time but I did finally receive my package so this company isn’t a scam so anyone struggling with delivery time be patient…and I want to apologize for the rude and untruthful comments I posted previously I have since deleted them but this product is high end and of very good quality I’m certain it’ll be well worth it

A solid product overall

I didn’t think I’d use this as much as I do, but it’s so easy to set up that I find myself using it almost every evening. It’s especially great for those cold winter nights when all you want is to feel warm and cozy. Definitely worth the investment!

I ordered on Jan 4

I ordered on Jan 4, 2025. I sent an inquiry after two week and they responded that it takes 3-4 weeks to process. on Jan 31 I received an email that said my order has shipped. The UPS tracking number said they hadn't received the package. Currently it's Feb 7 and still no sauna. Also, I find it weird that Burneek responds to the favorable reviews but not the negative ones. I'm still waiting for someone to contact me about my package.

UPDATE!!!! So I'm finally getting my package today. I'm excited. I almost chalked it up. BURNEEK is definitely legit but what I think happened was that they got hit with a lot of orders after Christmas and could not keep up with the demand. With that said, communication is really going to have to improve. If no one is available to answer the phone then get someone to return emails sooner than 48 hours. Add a few more statuses to the shipping cycle. It's not a good feeling to see something you ordered a month ago saying "order processing".
