We signed up for a year to sell our lots. It took months but we did sell them through burial link. All they do is list them. You need to go through the funeral home to complete the sale.

Have not been able to access my account to lower the price. States either the email or password is incorrect. When I put my email in, it reverts back to my name. When I ask for resetting my password, nothing is sent to my email, including in the trash or junk email. Chat is not answered in a timely manner either, who ever heard of a chat option that says it may take 24 hours? Now I have to figure out how to cancel when I cannot even get into my account.

I liked the relative ease of setting up an ad. Loading photos was somewhat limited and viewing them on the listing was difficult. I revised my review when customer support got back to me in a more timely manner and answered my question. On the positive side I did get a buyer in a little over a month. I should note the sale has not closed, but I closed the listing to avoid another month subscription

I finally sold my plot in under three months for my asking price. This is an excellent avenue foe anyone looking to resell or purchase a cemetary plot at a fraction of the cost of todays rising prices.

It was easy to use. I could revise my information quickly and contacting burial link for help was easy and the replies came quickly.
The only trouble I had was with photos. I deleted one but couldn’t figure out to replace it with a different one.
