Continue using FEDEX courier for shipment to India.
This time the courier was Fedex from USA to India. The logistics charges were much less compared to UPS. There was no customs duty imposed on in India. With UPS, the charges shown would include customs duties also. But with that also, there were customs duties imposed on in India. Thanks for using FEDEX courier this time. Pls continue using this excellent, affordable and genuine courier for abroad shipments to India. Cheers. Keep charging with Bullworkers.

Recovery after an initial review of one star

I had a bullworker back in early 80's. Since I'm much older I decided isometric training would be the way to go. Since I have no free weights, the bullworker is the way to go.

A Great "Kick-ass" Workout!
I couldn't believe how quickly I received my Bullworker! I was excited to try it, especially since I've heard of this piece of equipment for decades. I was surprised how good of a workout that I got using it. My intention was to focused strictly on abs, but was impressed with how it worked my entire upper body (shoulders, back, chest and arms). While there are exercises featured for legs, I'm not confident that it would be as effective. If one uses the Bullworker as recommended, this is one "kick-ass" workout.

Solid piece of equipment
Shipping was timely. The latest Steel Bow is advertised as space grey, I received a black one. Not a huge deal, but leaves you wondering if you have an old model.
I don't like that the cables CONSTANTLY pulls through the slit in the grips, and you're forced to stop and reposition the grips to the solid side. Non removable would have been better, just slide them out of the way if you don't need them. I find removable grips to be a flaw, not a feature.
Overall, it appears to be a quality unit. I appreciate the ringed workout guide, and not a folded up piece of paper.
UPDDATE: Now 3 stars because Bullworker thinks 4 hurts them. 4 stars is good guys, you should be happy with that. Trustpilot wants honest opinions.

The Good and the Not-So-Good of the Steel Bow
I like the Steel Bow as a supplement/variation to my regular at-home exercises: in my case, bodyweight (pushups, pull ups, chin ups) and resistance bands. It is well made and versatile. But it also is awkward and difficult to change the heavier springs due to the difficulty in pushing down and closing the end of the thing. So I am in the course of figuring out ways to include it in my regular sessions so that the exercise(s) that I do with it during a workout session do not require changes in resistance. An irritation (and who needs irritations when you're already faced with a tough workout!) are the handles. They are split on one side so that, when turned one way, they can move up and down. But while in use, they constantly rotate so that the split side is in the wrong place, making the exercise more difficult and causing you to readjust them. In sum, it is in many ways a fine product worth the money but I would advise not considering it as your main or only form of resistance training, despite its versatility.
