They are quick to respond to any of my questions through their Helpdesk. I got my first payout on the 50K account. They are much better than APEX since you can add to your losing trade to get in at a better price. I highly recommend them.

So I requested my payout about 10 days prior to their review date & was going on holiday abroad that coming week (I only trade certain time zones & my travels meant I would be sleeping during my favoured trading hours). I informed bulenox of this because of their policy you have to take atleast 1 trade every 5 trading days. I could not do this. However the support team thankedme for informing them of my travel plans & efficiently secured all of my accounts & even though i did not trade for over a week, they still paid me on my original review date. Thank you bulenox Im a customer for life :)

So far so good with a couple of payouts under my belt. Not the most flashy of prop firms in terms of look and feel but they handle everything professionally, their live chat support is always available, their support tickets are fast and responsive, there is no drama. If you follow the rules you can expect a payout to be hassle free, you don't need to chase or expect much communication , they just deliver the payment promptly on Wednesday. Their evals sometimes are super cheap and they use projectx trading platform which is the best ui I've come across. In a world where there are shady prop firms, you can have all the confidence in Bulenox.

Overall, I’ve had a very good experience with Bulenox. Most notably, they processed a large uncapped payout in the $70–90K range with zero delays or complications. My account was not impacted by the go-live caps announced in April, bc those caps were NOT retroactive, and the payout was smooth and professional — no red flags or games.

Early on, one of my payout requests was declined due to flipping. While the decision didn’t fully align with the level of daily PnL variance and trading behavior I had, their customer support team was helpful and prompt in explaining how the policy is applied. After tweaking my approach based on their feedback, my next request was approved without issue.

If there’s one area for improvement, I’d love to see their flipping policy become more rule-based and transparent. That said, my overall experience has been positive, and I greatly appreciate that they do pay out reliably!

With a lot of prop firms nowadays it's scary on whether or not they will pay you out, just got my first payout immediately when they said when they would process it. They also use the projectx platform so it makes it seamless and easy to take and make trades.

My experience with Bulenox has been extremely positive. I recently completed my evaluation process and have successfully received my first withdrawal, which is a very significant milestone for me.

The process to qualify for the account and request the withdrawal was clear, the payment was processed as indicated. The platform has proven to be reliable for my trading.

I will never use this company ever again. My first 2 payouts went smooth but on my 3rd payout I got denied for "flipping" no problem I kept trading and it got approved but for my 4th and 5th request on payouts I was careful not to "flip" and got denied back to back requests. They showed me 6 days as "flipping" but on 5/29 alone I took 15 trades for $317 profits, on the 2nd I took 8 trades, for about $300 profits, on the 5th I took 5 trades for a losing day, on the 9th I took 5 trades for a losing day, on the 12th is the only day that is close to flipping with 1 trade. On the 13th I took 7 trades for a win. I got denied for flipping. I did alot on early days like $1500 wins but that's why they have a consistency rule of 40%. If they don't want us to have $1500 days and then have $200 days then they need to lower the consistency rule and not deny payout for no reason because these are obviously not flips. Anyway, so I tried to risk more to make more hoping that would get me a payout and ended up blowing my accounts. I have too many approved payouts and firms who set rules and follow them. They set their rules, I followed them and still get denied so I'm done with this company. Hope that helps whoever is reading this!
