They will not take a credit card unless you send them your ID which I refuse to do
I refuse to send anyone an image of my ID to purchase something with a credit card. Let alone a company located outside of my country why would I do that

Poor ethics and service
When my miner arrives it was damaged and they told me it was a used model. They had not sold it this was or disclosed it wasn't new. They abused their position of having been paid via wire transfer to not allow a refund. Never resolved the issue to my satisfaction and I was forced to just take what I could get.
Edit - After weeks of constantly chasing them for a resolution I was initially offered $250. I continually expressed that it was not acceptable to receive a damaged and used miner and that be the resolution. Finally, they credited my account with $750 in store credit. Absolutely not resolved to my satisfaction.
