Avoid B-Stock Supply Europe — Entire Auction Was a Scam

I’m writing this to warn buyers about B-Stock Supply Europe. I purchased a full auction from them, and what I received was an absolute scam.

Instead of the quality products described in the listing — which claimed to contain almost 2,000 new items — I received less than half the stated quantity, and most of it was cheap, defective, or unusable junk. Some items were even leaking or missing parts, and the few that were intact were worth next to nothing.

Even worse, when I reported the issue with full evidence (photos, videos, documents), B-Stock’s mediation failed completely. The assigned mediator, Alice, ignored critical information, called me by the wrong name multiple times, and wasted days trying to “negotiate” with the fraudulent seller — despite my clear warning that he would not cooperate. When her attempt failed, she rushed the case to arbitration, where they sided with the seller, citing generic disclaimers.

This isn’t just disappointing — it’s dangerous. B-Stock Supply Europe is exploiting the platform with misleading listings, and B-Stock offers no real protection.

🚫 If the seller is “B-Stock Supply Europe,” stay away. You’ll lose your money and your time — and end up stuck with garbage.

B-Stock is a terrible company because…

B-Stock is a terrible company because they mislead buyers and lack accountability. I won a bid expecting the listed items, but when I received the order, it was not what I bid on. Despite providing proof, they refused to issue a refund or take responsibility. Their customer service is unhelpful, and their dispute process favors the seller, leaving buyers at a loss.

Scammers - refund my money for broken order !!!

we sold me 400 broken watches, give me back the money for the order. You are cheating people. The auction said new, I got 400 pieces of junk. Give me back my money and send me a return print label I want to return the order. How can you send junk??? How long will I write to you? You want more negative comments, you will have them if not a solution to the matter.

no one was issued by my person, there were already 2 mediators who suggested, notification 384 broken watches) and you want me 150 new ones (propay ha ha then new will be). So I ask, what solution to give me? I paid for 400 new watches f 250, received 384. Now I have to give f 250 (throw 384 watches in the trash) and you will send me 150 new ones. What is the solution to this matter? You continue to lie and cheat to take responsibility for those sold on your platforms. Give me back my money ... how many times do I have to repeat myself. ???

I am owed a 50$ refund and Bstock won't reasonably issue it

I am owed a 50$ refund for CH Robinson failing to book a truck with liftgate capability despite BStock charging me for it. CH Robinson immediately refunded Bstock but BStock is holding my funds and making it as hard as possible for me to get them back. Their preference is they keep it and apply it as a credit on my next order, even though its my money and I'm owed it back. They are not an easy or reliable company to deal with.

Follow up: They replied and stated they don't store any banking information. That is 100% false. If you make more than one order, on any subsequent payment they will ask if you'd like to use your linked bank account.

Bad Customer Service for BUYERS

B-Stock provides a good user interface and access to major retail partners like Amazon, Costco, Walmart, and Target. However, be aware they often appear biased towards sellers when resolving disputes. Expect significant problems when purchasing from sellers like Amazon, including lengthy shipping delays (potentially 6-8 weeks) and severe order shortages (sometimes receiving only ~30% of items), with the most valuable products frequently missing. Compounding the frustration, the proportional shipping credit promised by Amazon's stated policy on B-Stock for missing units was not actually provided in my experience.

Missing Auction Shipments - No Refunds

We have 4 unresolved disputes with Bstock for merchandise we never received from Amazon auctions. The latest dispute case number is 02063889. Bstock admits that there is an issue with Amazon auctions and often merchandise is sold twice to multiple buyers despite getting payment.

Bstock closes cases with no resolution because they "didn't receive a response." This is a complete fabrication. First, we have to file the dispute on the auction page and provide detailed proof (there is no dispute that they received all this info). Then they ask for it again via email and for some unknown reason those emails are not received and shortly thereafter they close the dispute.

As of January of 2024 to date we are missing merchandise said to be valued well over $200,000. Where is all this merchandise? Why can't we get a refund? There are so many buyers in the same situation. Are there any attorneys out there who would be interested in a class action? Here is your opportunity.

WARNING

WARNING: Beware of B Stock's Deceptive Advertising!

I recently fell victim to B Stock's misleading promotion, which promised a shipping cost rebate for ordering 20+ pallets on the same day, from the same location, and paying on the same day.

Despite meeting all the conditions, B Stock reneged on their promise, citing that consolidation is not guaranteed. When I questioned their advertising practices, they simply referred me to the fine print on their website.

Don't fall into the same trap! B Stock's advertising is deceptive and not trustworthy. Save your money and avoid their false promises!

Spread the word and beware of B Stock's misleading advertising!

Heaven for scammers

Complete rip off, scam sellers all the way. I purchased there pallets of unmanifested goods, new condition. Here’s what was inside:

-1200 pcs corroded stained metal spotlights for 12V halogen bulbs
-19 pcs acrylic cocktail shakers with caps which can not be removed
774 pcs mugs which are 14 years old and probably bought for 0,15 Eur/pcs based on google search

Ok you would say this is scam sellers fault not B-stock. Mediation will solve this right?
Mediation of B-stock is joke. They demant a ton of pictures etc. (you waste a lot of time doing this) and finally mediatior decide 20% off for items (not mugs because they can not guarantee advertised price is correct) I can not sell !!!!! 20%!!!!! Is this a joke!!!!!!!!
How you can sell metal spotlights which have corroded stains (stains will not go off as corrosion etched away silver or gold plated metal spotlights on visible side and are for halogen 12V lamps which nobody use anymore!!! Or acrylic cocktail shakers with caps which can not be removed! This new condition based no B-stock? What a joke!

Future buyers, do yourself a favor and do not purchase unmanifested loads in any condition or anything from B-stock – you will get scammed big time. And do not hope you have any protection in B-stock mediation. For scam sellers B-stock marketplace is heaven!! And get this info out to others if you can. So they do not get scamed like me.

Where do I even begin

Where do I even begin? I feel completely ripped off, and I honestly don’t believe Amazon should be selling these products on their platform – it’s nothing short of a scam. I purchased a full truckload of unmanifested goods, which was supposed to contain 23 full pallets. Instead, I received just 14 small pallets that were double stacked. Here’s what was inside:

Two pallets of empty stacking crates.

Two pallets of budget baby wipes.

Thousands of units of grease remover.

Outdated Peppa Pig vitamins.

One pallet of leaking shampoos and cleaning products, with split open bottles everywhere, causing a huge mess.

The rest was broken ornaments and broken household items, along with leaking paint and other damaged goods.

The goods are completely useless to the point that I now have to pay the council to dispose of them. This stock is either stuff that they should of sent to landfill. It feels like they pick out any items of value and put the into the manifested loads. Then throwing all the broken, rubbish items into pallet boxes for someone else to be completely scammed.

I’m currently in mediation, but it’s moving slowly, and I feel like they’ll just brush me off. I’ve reported this to my bank, and I’ll take whatever legal action is necessary.

Please, do yourself a favor and do not purchase unmanifested loads – they are a complete con. I have videos and photos to prove what I received. My daughter is a journalist for a national newspaper, and I’m seriously considering getting this viral to warn others.
